There are combinations that go together, and then there are combinations that are so deeply rooted together that it’s hard to think of them apart. Peanut butter and jelly; milk and cookies; pussy and seaweed… Wait, what?!? That’s right, pussy and seaweed! I’d never have thought to ever pair the two, but my experiences with Sliquid Oceanics lube has me longing to head down the shore and turn toward the sea for some action!
Alright, so it’s not seaweed seaweed that makes Sliquid Oceanics so good, but seaweed derivatives, as well as a bunch of other tasty extracts from the sea. I’m not going to lie and say I know what any of these are (Carrageenan, Wakame, Nori – no clue), but they do the job of creating a fantastically slippery water-based lube that continues to stay slick and stay put for a nice long while.
While keeping things slippery for the long haul is a pretty great feat for a water-based lube in the first place, Sliquid Oceanics is far from being a one trick pony. Along with being awesome in the sack, this fabulous lube is also glycerin- and paraben-free, which is so important to us sensitive folks, AND vegan, for all you animal lovers . PLUS it’s chock full of a whole ton of certified botanical extracts, including aloe, green tea, sunflower seed, hibiscus, flax and more. And that Carrageenan I was talking about ealier? Yeah, apparently that ingredient has been shown in some lab tests to prevent the spread of HPV during sex. Um, what? Where has this magic potion been all of my life?!?
Whether we were playing in the rainforest of the pussy or the desert of the butt, this slippery friend kept things going smoothly and has earned itself a place on my nightstand.

It took me a while to review The Lube Shooter. It’s not because I wasn’t into the idea – I mean, I picked it out myself and was excited to try something new. I was nervous; apprehensive about the unknown. Sure, I’ve played with my butt plenty of times, but when it comes to shooting lube up my canal a little further than I ever had before… there was definitely a learning curve.
My initial questions were less about technique or amount, and more about what to expect. Would everything be noticeably slipperier? Would I be dripping lube out of my tush for a while? Would I need to bring a change of underpants the next day just in case my ass was still weeping lube? I mean, you can tell why it took a little extra screwing of my courage to face this slippery beast. Its tag line is ‘puts lube between the cheeks, not on the sheets,’ which, to me sounds easy and painless enough, but you never know unless you give it a go yourself…
So, after wining and dining myself with a classy pre-cooked chicken I heated up, I caged the puppies, grabbed a variety of booty toys and took my lube shooters on a date to my boudoir.
First thing I did was re-read the directions on the package I had already gone over so many times before. Ok, remove the plunger – done. Pour the lube into the shooter (I was using my other stockroom score, Sliquid Organics water-based lube) – trickier than I expected. I assumed that the lube would just drip down the tube effortlessly, but no, not this lube. Read the rest of this entry »

This girl loves her Sliquid lube, so when I found out about Babeland had teamed up with them to make Pink Lemonade Swirl, I figured it would be pretty awesome.
The reason this product first came to my attention was because I received a press release announcing that Babeland would be dedicating 10% of sales revenue in October to the Young Survival Coalition in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month. I thought that was pretty awesome and am learning that Babeland is pretty amazing when it comes to philanthropy. I won’t go into further detail because they have their own awesome PR team, but you can read about how they give back over at the site.

Anyways… back to the lube!
I love Sliquid’s lubricants for a number of reasons, but the number one thing that keeps me reaching for their stuff is the fact that they are committed to creating a product that is body safe. I know I didn’t even have to look to make sure this new formulation doesn’t have any icky ingredients because all of their products are glycerin and paraben free. They’re also safe to use with latex condoms and 100% vegan friendly. I don’t typically seek out vegan products, but I’m also not super excited about introducing animal-based products to my most sensitive bits, so I appreciate it.
Now, some of you are probably questioning the decision to make a Pink Lemonade flavored lube. I kind of was too. I’m not a giant fan of flavored lubes to begin with and I just wasn’t sure how this one would work. Somehow, it totally does! There’s no gross aftertaste and it’s not overwhelming at all. There’s just this sweet/sour bit of summer thrown into the mix that I really love.
Like my previous experiences with different varieties of Sliquid Swirl, this is a good water-based lubricant. It’s compatible with silicone toys, which is why I have a shoebox full of water-based lubes even though they don’t last as long as silicone-based products.
I’m super glad I got to give this product a shot and recommend it, as I always end up doing with Sliquid products. When I reviewed the Cherry Vanilla Swirl a long ways back, I stated that it was the best flavored lube I had ever used and I still believe you can’t beat this line if you’re looking to add a little sweetness to your sexin’.
The only bad thing about trying this one is that now I’m disappointed in myself for never trying their Green Apple Lube because I thought it would be a little tart. I’m now thinking I’ve been missing out for years!
For a little taste of summer this cold winter nights, head over to babeland and get your own bottle of Pink Lemonade Swirl!

When I saw the news that our friends at Babeland and Sliquid had teamed up to create a fun new flavor of the popular (and awesome) Sliquid Swirls line, I just had to help spread the word. Not only can you prolong summer with this Pink Lemonade flavored slippery stuff, but 10 percent of retail sales will be donated to the Young Survival Coalition in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month. How can you go wrong?

LOS ANGELES—All-natural lubricant developer Sliquid has teamed with fellow female-friendly adult source Babeland.com to create a specialty Pink Lemonade variety, with 10 percent of retail sales going to the Young Survival Coalition in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month.
“Our natural flavored lubricants have been a Babeland best-seller for years, and creating and selling an exclusive taste that no one else has would be a no-brainer way to raise money for a cause near to all of our hearts,” Sliquid CEO Dean Elliott said. “Our chemists worked one-on-one with Babeland reps to develop our wonderfully light and refreshing Pink Lemonade that will be a hit with both men and women nationwide.”
This partnership marks the first time the adult retailer has combined cause marketing and co-branding, and Babeland will sell the new flavor exclusively during the month of October as part of its ongoing efforts to fight breast cancer using the power of compelling personal lifestyle products.
“Dean is passionate about the cause and our companies have similar missions rooted in education, health and pleasure,” Babeland Director of Marketing Anne Semans said. “Sliquid formulas are glycerin- and paraben-free and are a favorite among Babeland customers and staff. By supporting organizations like YSC, the adult industry can do good in more ways than one!”
Following its exclusive Babeland debut, the new flavor will be available to retailers nationwide starting Nov. 1. Both Semans and Elliott anticipate this formula to be a top-seller on par with Sliquid’s tried-and-true Green Apple variety because of its slightly sweet yet tastefully light flavor.
“Pink Lemonade is whimsical and we wanted the flavor to be compelling for those who have never tried a flavored lubricant,” Semans said. “Sliquid already carries several well-crafted flavored lubes so we had full faith in Dean’s ability to produce the perfect combination of sweet and tart. The Babeland staff taste tested six different formulas before selecting the winner.”
Elliott is just as pleased with the end result and looks forward to helping raise money for an organization that caters to a demographic that so closely matches Sliquid’s and Babeland’s—making for a perfect fundraising fit, Semans said.
“We want to partner with organizations that synch with our mission and vision and that was certainly the case here,” Semans said. “Our customers are the same people they’re serving and it seemed appropriate to connect them. We have a lot to offer women living with cancer and cancer survivors.”
The Young Survival Coalition is an organization dedicated to working with young women affected by and afflicted with breast cancer. YSC works with survivors, caregivers and the medical, research, advocacy and legislative communities to increase the quality and quantity of life for women diagnosed with breast cancer ages 40 and under.

So I have to admit something right off the bat – I’ve been in lust with Sliquid’s line of personal lubricants ever since I heard about them some years ago. Never before have I tried Sliquid, mostly because they’re not sold at my local drugstore and I was reluctant to send in a mail order for a brand of lubricant, no matter how good its reviews were if I didn’t get a chance to try it out first (or at least have CVS money back guarantee as insurance). But the instant I saw this tiny little vial of Sliquid Organics O gel in the new additions section of Eden Toys, I knew I had to have it.
Normally when I get a new toy for review, I keep it and test it out thoroughly for as long as my editors will let me, trying to give it the best possible shake. This is the first product I’ve felt ready to review after just a few trial runs.

I’ve been a fan of Sliquid lubricants for a long time now, but I was thrilled when they put out a new line of organic lubes. I’m really conscious of what I put in my body and that carries over to the bedroom.
This is a water-based lube, which means you can use it with your favorite silicone toys and latex condoms, and the gel formula is a little thicker than the other products in the organics line. Interestingly enough, this is due to the inclusion of additional plant cellulose! Anyways, if runny lubes are the bane of your existence, you’re going to love this body safe gel.
There are a lot of good things to say about this product – which is obviously made with a woman’s health and pleasure in mind. It’s glycerin and paraben free. Plus, and you’re not going to believe this, I can pronounce every single ingredient on the short list!
Sliquid even considers the earth’s well-being when packaging this relatively new line of lubricants. The bottles are 100% recyclable and the labels are printed on partially recycled paper. If you’re working on your carbon footprint, you should know that Sliquid is too!
Of course, it’s just as important that this product perform well in the bedroom and I have to say it’s a good lube. I love the thicker formula, there’s really no taste and it lasts as long as my favorite water-based lubricants. One draw back to water-based lubes is that you typically have to reactivate them with a little water over the course of a long play session, but sadly that’s just life.
Overall, this is a thicker lube that’s body safe and perfect for women who are prone to UTI’s or yeast infections because it doesn’t include any nasty ingredients. Don’t forget to check out the rest of the Organics line, which include a warming lube, the silicone-based Silk and the original (and thinner) Sliquid Organics Natural.

I’m not typically a fan of flavored lubricant – I like girls that taste likes girl – but I do like the Sliquid line and after seeing the thoughtful ingredient list, I decided I’d give it a shot.
Since it was a big selling point, let me talk about the ingredients. Those of you who are try to avoid yeast infections will be glad to hear that Cherry Vanilla Swirl is both glycerin and sugar free. You also won’t find any controversial parabens or any animal products at all. That’s right, this lube is the perfect gift for your vegan friends! There are a lot of people cranking out lube with ingredients I do my best to avoid, so it’s nice to see Sliquid working hard to create safe products.
Another thing I liked about Swirl was that the flavor wasn’t overwhelming at all. It’s a nice subtle Cherry Vanilla (definitely more cherry) that doesn’t leave a bad aftertaste in your mouth. I was actually surprised by how much I enjoyed the hint of sweetness and will probably try other flavors in the future.
Swirl is a water-based lube, which means it’s compatible with all of the silicone toys I love so dearly. Like every water-based lube I’ve ever used, you may need to reactivate it using a bit of water or saliva if it starts to get sticky over time. While this is a bit inconvenient, it’s not unusual. I admit that my experience with flavored lubes is limited, but, so far, this is the best I’ve used.
After considering the price and quality of this lube, I would be a fool to not recommend it for those of you who are looking to sweeten the deal when it comes to oral!
Because everything is better with a cherry on top!
