The LingO from ScreamingO of is a tongue vibrator made from soft stretchy TPR silicone.  It is disposable and made to last for 40 minutes of fun.  It has a basic on/off switch and rocks one steady speed at the upper end of medium.  It is compact with a length of 1 ¼ inches, a width of 1 inch.  When fully stretched, I would say the band measures a little over 2 inches in width.  The bullet was very quiet.
