Today, I am giving you 4 Reasons To Masturbate!

1) Relieves Stress: Masturbating is a good opportunity to get in on some you time.  You get to focus on your needs alone, which is something most of us don’t do enough of.  Also, all sorts of things starts to fire off when playing with your bits – dopamine gets released for that sense of pleasure and the endorphins give you that feeling that everything is right in the world. Orgasms are not required, but they do release Oxytocin which gives you that warm fuzzy feeling.

2) Sleep Aid: Masturbating is a great way to stop tossing and turning at night.  Releasing all of those endorphins during the act takes a lot of energy and afterwards you peacefully drift off to dream land.

Welcome back the second installment of our fabulous sit down with Buck Angel!  Back a few weeks ago we were lucky enough to score a little one-on-one time with the star while he was in town and got a chance to chat about porn, sex education and his awesome career.  We were also so excited to see him rock the sexy education stage, giving a workshop on Sexing The Trans Man for local toy shop Sexploratorium.

So, who is Buck Angel, you ask?  Only the man with a pussy, of course!  Here is a snippet of what we wrote about this awesome dude last week:

Last week we had the ultimate pleasure of meeting the fabulous porn star Buck Angel.  When we heard that Buck was going to be in town – our town – we just knew we couldn’t let the chance to snag an interview pass us by.  Lucky for us, he is one of the easiest going people we’ve ever met and setting up an interview was super quick and painless.  In fact, not only did we score this amazing interview, we were able to attend his workshop titled ‘Sexing the Trans Man,’ which, of course, was phenomenal! Swoon, right?

Along with being one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, Buck Angel is also one of the most body positive, self confident folks in the world.  I am truly in awe of his ‘fuck anyone who tells you that you shouldn’t be enjoying the pleasures your body can bring you’ attitude.

Back when I was younger, I remember being so excited for this time of year. No more pencils, no more books, no more teacher’s dirty looks… that’s right, it’s nearly summer vacation!  But instead of celebrating the sun (which we will get to), I think it’s apt to pay a little attention to those hard workin’ folks at the front of the classroom.  Yep, today’s Top Five Tuesday is all about teachers!

For some, the best way to learn is to do.  But what about sex education?  Well, the Amora Sex Academy in Berlin has that under control.  Tactile learners rejoice!  The exhibition, which opened last week, features more than 50 interactive displays that let visitors learn about the intimate details of both male and female bodies.  There is even a mannequin that lights up and moans when you hit it’s G-spot, showing you exactly where to touch in the mean time. 

“A lot of couples come in here together to learn something,” said Uta Barkow, the manager of the Beate Uhse sex chain which is hosting the academy. “It’s been very well received so far. A lot of exhibits have that ‘aha’ effect on a lot of people.”

Man, oh man, gotta love that hands-on approach.  I know I do!

I love Etsy.  Where else in the world would you be able to buy a giant hand silkscreened condom pillow?  Especially one that not only has a pocket to store condoms but also comes with a giant fabric condom!  I am smitten and I want one! 

It would go perfect with the giant fabric butt I made for my workshop!  I think I need this as a “sex education tool.”  I mean really, how can I teach about safe sex without it?!?

Sign Language is one of the most interesting and definitely coolest (in my opnion) languages out there.  While I might not be able to understand every gesture out there, I’m pretty sure I can guestimate what this animated interpreter is offering up.

Why bother with subtleties, really?

 Whle we don’t see a lot of deaf/hearing impaired porn in the biz, there is one studio that uses their hands for more than just flicking clits.  Deaf Bunny is the first adult company that uses deaf actors and American Sign Language in their movies. Pretty cool, huh?  They also offer closed-captioning on a select few hearing pornos, as well as sign languge sex ed and safe sex training.  Swooon.

French (which this video is in), on the other hand, just doesn’t do it for me.
