An innocent young lady is picked up off the side of the road.  Instead of sleeping in the guest bedroom, she is welcomed to stay in Darla Crane‘s room.  April O’Neil (hitchhiker) looks incredibly uncomfortable as Darla makes passes at her.  They slip into bed and April lies there still as Darla caresses and kisses her for what seems like an eternity.  Eventually, April is all in, but seeing Darla smother her with loving caresses made me a little uncomfortable.  I just thought to myself, “come on lady; take a hint.  She doesn’t want to fuck you!”  Then Alison seemed a lot more comfortable and I remembered it was part of the story.  I’m not yucking your yum, but Darla seemed a little too pushy for me.

The next morning, Darla’s wife, Nina Hartley returns home from her trip.  She is no fool, but doesn’t get upset about the adultery that happens under her roof.  She decides to go pick April up from the side of the road and enjoy an evening with her as well.  Nina gets shit done.

The story is pretty much the same for scene 3 as it was in scene 1, just replace Darla and April with Sovereign Syre and Jessie Rogers.  I was a little bored with this formula, but scene 4 totally did it for me.  Sure, the sex was pretty hot, but it was still the same long drawn out make-out session followed by the usual pussy eating and grinding that is in most of your Sweetheart Video films.  It’s fine for 1 scene, but after that I just get bored.  What I love is Katie Kastle‘s (Sovereign’s partner) acting.  She was totally pissed about Sovereign coming home so late.  She didn’t just spout some unemotional dialogue filled with fake sighs and eye rolls.  I actually believed she was pissed and wasn’t going to take any shit.  I found myself saying “dayyyuuuum” out loud.  This made me more interested in the inevitable make-up sex than I would have been otherwise.  She only appears in a handful of scenes on the site, but I’ll definitely have to check them all out.

With the amazing cast, I can defintiely see why this movie is so popular.  Is it one of my personal favorites?  No, but I’m not sad that I watched it.

Just to get a feel for how crowded the standing-room-only event was, here is a shot of the crowd before the awards started.  All those empty seats were filled and then some!  Plus a balcony.  Yeah, it was awesome.

The awards kicked off with a fantastic dance troupe Ill Na Na doing a stellar performance.

The host Elvira Kurt took the stage to welcome us and introduce the first presenter, the fabulous Tristan Taormino!  There were so many awards to give that the gala that many of the presenters did double duty, doling out two awards.  Tristan started the party off announcing the award for Hottest Lesbian Vignette, which went to Jincey Lumpkin for her film Boutique.  Next up she announced the Sexiest Short movie, which was taken by Toronto local N. Maxwell Lander’s super hot flick, Emile, a beautiful movie of her girlfriend getting herself off and smoking cigarettes.  Really, really hot.

Good For Her owner Carlyle Jensen and Professor Sheila Cavanagh (also on the jury) headed on stage next to present Most Arousing Adaptation and Smutty School Teacher Award For Sex Education, which went respectively to Nica Noelle’s Last Tango (wasn’t there to accept the award) and Tristan Taormino’s The Expert Guide To Advanced Anal Sex. I was lucky enough to catch Tristan accepting this awesome award for the second year in a row!  Woohoo sex education!!

After the sparkly Olive-or-Oliver left the stage, FPA organizers Carla Henderson and Lorraine Hewitt came up and gave nod to four amazing Honorable Mentions, including Seminal by Bren Ryder, TressPass by Bianca Stone and Ned Mayhem, Brunch Bunch by Ian Sparks (Woohoo!) and Switch: Hometown Hotties by Carrie Grey.  I haven’t seen all of these movies, but from the clips, holy hell do I need to!

Even before pressing play, I know that this feature flick will be a good one. I mean really, can anything directed by Nica Noelle and starring Katsuni, James Deen, Manuel Ferrera and Annie Cruz be less than amazing?  I think not.  Each of these stars alone offer up real passion that is almost palpable.  I can only imagine the sparks that fly when they are joined!

The story begins with Manuel Ferrara and Katsuni meeting by chance at an apartment open house.  You can see the steam rising off of them before they even touch.  They exchange in French and things quickly turn racy when Manuel blocks the door and overpowers Katsuni in a very intense way.  It makes me a little uncomfortable because it stings a little of assault, but I try my best to keep in mind that this just a fantasy.  Once I can tell that Katsuni is on board, it’s so much easier for me to see the real chemistry and passion that the performers are experiencing. The whole scene is super hot.

After the sex, the pair lay naked on the bed and discuss what happened and what will happen next (which is actually something you rarely see in porn).  Manuel tells Katsuni that he wants her to allow him access to all the things that she desires that makes her feel ashamed of herself.  He wants to give her something no one else can give her.  Katsuni is resistant at first, but clearly intrigued in some way.

They both head back to their respective relationships (Manuel with Annie Cruz, and Katsuni with James Deen) and real lives.  They each have sex with their partner (scenes 2 & 3), which are both pretty hot, but definitely not as titillating as the pair of Manuel and Katsuni together.  It’s those taboo undertones that make it so damn sexy!  They are together again in scene 4, which is super explosive and really fucking exciting to watch.

The whole story is pretty intense and a little complicated, in my opinion, but all-in-all, the sex is what we really come for – and the sex this flick offers is seriously hot.  Nica Noelle does it again.

Starring Raylene, Helly Mae Hellfire and Nina Hartley as the three scorned wives (Bette, Goldie and Diane, respectively), this version actually follows the original story pretty closely.  Raylene’s husband Evan Stone leaves her for a much younger girl during his mid-life crisis, Helly’s husband drops her for a much younger actress and Nina’s man divorces her, while sleeping with their marriage counselor.  See, just like the original.  The only real difference is the sex.  And there is lots of it!

The steamy action doesn’t begin until the second scene, letting the story unfold a bit before getting down and dirty.  I will say that I got a little excited during scene one with Nina Hartley baking a cake.  Is it wrong that I love watching Nina Hartley bake almost as much as I like watching her fuck?  I guess that’s what happens when you have a zaftig chick reviewing your pornos, right?  Anyway, there is something amazing about Nina Hartley playing Diane Keaton’s role.

But back to the sex!  The screwin’ starts with Evan Stone and Chastity Lynn (the younger woman) and moves to Mark Wood and Ash Hollywood.  In fact, we don’t get one of the wives fucking until Nina Hartley takes on the marriage counselor her husband is boning (Evelyn Lin) and gives her a big dose of lady loving.   Only after that do we get Helly fucking a new screenwriter (Seth Gamble) and Raylene with her new boyfriend (Bruce Venture) – which she reveals only after brushing off her husband who has crawled back.
While I’m not exactly sure of the difference between Sweet Sinema and Sweet Sinner, since they are both directed by Nica Noelle, I will say that this film definitely gets two thumbs up!

We start out this series sequel with a tryst between LaBeau and Evan Stone, who play interviewing secretary and interviewer boss, respectively.   Lily gets her blackmail on and exerts her power over Evan Stone, initiating a really hot fuck.  I’d feel ‘eh’ about the blackmail if Stone wasn’t trying to do it to her first.  I can’t help it – my values even come up during porno.  I love that Evan Stone looks so damn angry when they start to fuck.  He does a really good job of acting like he isn’t into it, for about 30 seconds, when the excitement gets to be too much to ignore.  I also love that Lily takes her large hoop earrings out.  Yep, girl is about to throw down!  And she certainly does, the pair of them fucking in a ton of positions all over the couch in his office.  Oh and yes, she gets the job.
