 Like many other people, I am big on plot with my porno. Sure, I don’t always want a drawn out story, but I usually like a little something more than just watching people fuck. Despite the fact that the title of this movie instantly transports me to a kinky 70s disco party in my head, I really dig it, man…
One thing I love about Playgirl is that they don’t assume women are turned off by hardcore imagery. Their movies combine simple stories, high production values, and hot sex to create really awesome movies. I’ve found that a lot of women want to watch hardcore fucking, but just prefer a little foreplay to go along!
Sex Inferno has five scorching vignettes and I’m actually having a hard time picking which to write about, because they are all really freaking good.

Leave it to Tristan Taormino to take porno to the next level. Not only is this sex educator extraordinaire an author, editor and director, she’s a totally innovator! Bringing it back to the stylings of the very first reality show, Tristan goes “Real World” on porn and brings seven stars together for 36 hours with no scripts, no directions and no expectations. Just decide who you wanna fuck and make a scene. It could have been a complete disaster, but instead Tristan Taormino in actuality created an amazing space for porn stars to really talk about their experiences and get down to the nitty gritty of the industry.
This installment, the first of the series, brings together the likes of Dana DeArmond, Kurt Lockwood, Mika Tan, Jack Lawrence, Mr. Marcus, Taryn Thomas and Marie Luv. That is one house full of hotness. It was really cool to hear the stars talk as a group about the issues of working in the adult industry and the stigmas and challenges they face. While I loved the actual sex, of course, to me it’s always a treat to listen to porn stars talk about being porn stars. Cut me some slack, I’m an academic pervert.
The talking was great and all, but it Taryn Thomas, Kurt Lockwood and Mika Tan in scene 6 that totally took this reality raunch romp to that lip biting, squirming in your chair place.  I’ve always been a fan of short stories. Whether I’m reading or watching them, I really enjoy small vignettes into people’s lives, even if they are fictional. That’s one of the reasons I like Playgirl DVD’s fantasy videos so much. With little snippets of plot and narration, you get all the benefits of a bunch of sensual scenes without the long, drawn out plot that some movies can end up having. And with six scenes, there is a little something for everyone to enjoy. Like take scene one, for instance. Moving day sucks, there is no two ways about that. But from the looks of this newly cohabitating couple, there are definitely some fun ways of relieving all the stress. Even though scene two was a little on the boring side for my tastes, I did enjoy watching Roxy Deville squirm all around on an overstuffed couch. Scene three is completely out there, with a snow machine and strips of red cloth, but it’s pretty hot and hey, like I said, something for everyone.
