For us folks that work in the sex industry, and pervs in general, sometimes even the most innocent of acronyms means something TOTALLY different to us. Example: I once dated a therapist who talked about how she did a lot of CBT in her work. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, that is. Now, in MY work, CBT is most definitely Cock and Ball Torture.
