Sure I was just born when this classic flick came out, but that doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate some quality storytelling, especially when it involves a legend like Ginger Lynn. The plot basically follows an old man trying to find a wife for his grandson so he can produce an heir to the family fortune. Once he picks Ginger out of a line of horny young women, he has his staff train her in the ways of society living. Apparently this means lots of blow jobs and sexy encounters with her trainers. Who needs to learn how to cook and dance like a proper lady when there is sex to be had??
 While Ginger is awesome and a total porno badass, it’s actually the maid (Lisa De Leeuw) that took my attention. Not only is she a total horn-ball, she is seriously funny as well. At one point she “steals” Ginger’s French teacher away to fuck him by pretending she is Ginger. Another scene has her rubbing her pussy with a feather duster. Does it get any better than that?
Like I said above, Ginger is totally awesome. She fucks and sucks like a champ and takes on both a lesbian scene and one with two dudes, which was apparently not the norm back in the early days of the industry.
She gets busy with everyone except her new hubby, who from what it seems, would rather have the delight of a certain man servant. Of course they don’t show that action, which is a total bummer for me, but all in all, this classic, HotMovies (and HotMoviesForHer) exclusive is definitely one to spend some time watching!

A bright red ass is a memorizing thing to stare at. Even more so when you watch it turn from pale to deep red with each subsequent smack. While I’ll admit that family sexy scenarios are not a turn on for me (even if they are supposed to be second cousins twice removed, or whatever), this movie was still super hot because we never actually had to watch “family” get busy – and because even if we did, it’s not real family, only performers acting like family. And even if you forget that, don’t worry… the annoying camera flashing on the sidelines constantly reminds you that, no, it’s only a movie. Either way – the whole thing is so worth a watch.

Let me start this by saying that it’s a lot easier to write about a movie when you have even the vaguest of ideas of what’s goin on. But though I was honestly and wholly confused throughout the entire hour and fifteen minutes of this flick, I can still appreciate the impact it made on the industry and the world at large. This sequel is touted as the “World’s 1st Safe Sex Adult Film,” and really does live up to its reputation. From beginning to end, the performers not only used condoms and gloves at every encounter, but the safer sex implements are mentioned or showcased in use every step of the way. This film was released in 1986, at the height of the AIDS crisis and it did more for the safety of sexually active people than Reagan was doing at the time (way to go, jerk).
Made 14 years after the original, Behind the Green Door – The Sequel acts as an updated and even weirder version of the first… kinda. There is still a sex club and lots of crazy orgies, but the rest of the plot was totally lost on me. Told from a flight attendant’s point-of-view, as well has her wheel-chair bound peeping tom neighbor, the story is pretty much a dream the neighbor has while he’s watching her get herself off with a giant massager (while she is watching the original movie). Lots of fucking ensues and everyone wakes up. Definitely weird.
My favorite part of the whole ordeal was scene three’s random mythology-themed fuck fest that concludes with the flight attendant getting nailed by a come-to-life statue. Watching his “stone” cock drive back and forth into her pussy was hotter than I would have imagined it would be. I can’t tell you what any of it means, but it was pretty fucking hot, and I guess that’s what really matters. I definitely surprised myself with this choice, but that’s the beauty of porn, it’s all about fantasy and indulging your desires, even the most sub-conscious ones.
While I may not watch this movie again, I will be first to call it out as a revolutionary part of pornographic history and sex in general and will definitely recommend that everyone should watch this flick at least once. It’s all about the history, people.

Ever since I first heard of this movie (god knows how long ago that was), I’ve been dying to watch it. I mean really, how many porn movies have changed the entire industry and the way that the mainstream looks at porn in general? Not many. This 1972 Mitchell Brothers classic is a part of history. Even my mom has seen it – which means that it’s definitely a part of pop culture as much as a nudie movie. As well, whenever we do a 20 questions interview with a porn star, we ask their favorite adult movie and more often than not, it’s Behind the Green Door.
Though I had a vague idea of the plot before I started watching, I really wasn’t too sure what to expect. The basic gist of the movie is that a trucker is telling his friends a story of this woman, whom he had been flirting with earlier that day, being abducted and becoming the star attraction at an exclusive sex club – one that the guy coincidently ends up attending later in the evening. This woman (played by Marilyn Chambers) is pretty much fucked every which way but up, on stage, in front of an audience that becomes an orgy as the performance progresses.
