I’m a big fan of director Eon McKai.  He does a good job of mixing all around good sex (including people who are genuinely all about fucking on camera) with interesting camera angles and artistic intent.  With this being said, I must admit that when I first started watching Eyelashes I was wondering if this was just an attempt at something artsy; just tossing in a magnifying glass for the shear fact of making something “different” and nothing more.  I kept watching and decided to take it for what it was.  I will say that at times that it was distracting and made the parts I really wanted to see harder to see.  There were also times when it simply made for an interesting shot.  It didn’t necessarily increase the hotness, but made it fun to look at.

Dane Cross is in three out of the five scenes.  That’s definitely a plus for me.

Scene 1 starring Dane Cross and Katie St. Ives was definitely one of the standout scenes.  Katie doesn’t fuck around about what she wants and that is totally respectable.  During the opening blow job she says, “you can’t look at me” as if to say, watch me suck your cock now, bitch!  Later, when Dane is finger fucking her, she tells him that she likes it dirty.  He puts his fingers in her mouth and at that very instant the two get super comfy with each other and the party gets started.  Katie St. Ives makes great fucking noises and you can tell it only makes Dane fuck her harder.  He makes her squirt multiple times.  The look on her face is as if she can’t stand it, but can’t stand to be without it at the same time.  My only complaint here was that the scene fades quickly after Dane Cross jizzes on Katie’s face.  I sort of wanted to stick around for the after party.

The distorted magnifying glass shots didn’t change the way I look at porn, but they were definitely interesting.  At times they were grotesque and other times quite beautiful (i.e. close up of the girls’ eyes, lips, etc).  This isn’t something I would watch when looking for some quick orgasm inspiration, but I would definitely go back to it and recommend checking it out.

Content: To be perfectly honest, the scene starring Madison Young and Dane Cross is my reason for watching this movie time and again.  They are hands down two of my favorite performers.  Dane is super hot with his hint of geekiness and his effortless dominance.  I love how he starts the scene out wearing his glasses.  Madison is a total pro.  I’m pretty sure I have stolen one or two of her moves over the last few years.  She likes her job and it shows.  With all of the rough fucking and the fine display of anal sex, these two definitely made magic happen.  Oh yea, Eon McKai didn’t so such a bad job of directing, e.g. the good times that were had bent over the washing machine.

Roll Her Dirby: It isn’t necessarily the sex that I love in this 1970’s-ish film clip.  It’s the “oh no, I’m roller skating and I can’t stop.  Now I’m crashing into your car.  Let’s go back to your place and have a threesome” thing that I love.  It’s fun and unforgiving.  Not to mention I totally have a soft spot for classic and vintage porn.  I’ll watch just about anything shot on 8mm film.

Belladonna’s Cock Happy 2 (Disc 1): While it was initially the point shoes and tutu that caught my eye, this movie is chock-full of Grade A Belladonna fucking.  She rocked her ballet attire in the first scene, but it was scene 4 with Mr. Pete that really sealed the deal for me.  First of all, that whole bad-boy gold chain wearing thing totally works for him.  More importantly, he knows how to show love to a pair of feet.  He dives in head first, no holding back and gets down on Belladonna’s tootsies.  He may have her entire foot in his mouth at one point.  In the end, he gets off from Bella’s foot/in between the toes job.  Rad. Casino No Limit (English): Marc Dorcel movies are beautifully shot, star beautiful people and have high production value.  He manages to cram all of this along with great sex into all of his movies.  Casino No Limit is no exception.  There is a plot, but I couldn’t exactly tell you what it is.  Gambling, guns, mayhem and lots of pretty people doin’ it.  One scene of note involves a gambler who “needs to relieve some stress” which quickly leads to the dealer sucking on his fingers, which leads to booby sucking, which leads to cock sucking, which leads fucking and just a touch of anal.  How come a rough game of Black Jack has never ended like that for me?  Anyway, what makes this scene special?  They spend the entire scene with at least a few pieces of clothing on.  I’m totally into porn with clothes on.  I like nakedness, but every now and then I like to shake it up.

Tristan Taormino’s Expert Guide To Oral Sex Part Two – Fellatio : I’m a big fan of oral sex so it is no surprise this made it on my top 5 list.  Tristan Taormino is one of the go-to gals when it comes to sex education and she doesn’t miss a beat in this installment.  She covers everything including anatomy, orgasm, deep throating, prostate massage and beyond.  Even if you consider yourself a blow job expert, this movie is worth a watch.  I guarantee you will make at least a few mental notes for next time.  The post workshop oral sex sessions are incredibly hot.  You almost forget you’re watching an educational video.  That is until Tristan bleeps back in with more helpful tips! Kill! Kill!

Live In My Secrets: This Kimberly Kane fetish flick features a scene with  Sasha Grey and Kane getting busy while covered in strawberry jam.  The fact that it looks like blood only adds to the avant garde attitude.  Gotta love it… and be so confused by it all.

Cafe Flesh: This ’80s post-apocalyptic cult classic sees the world break into two factions – the Sex Negatives (99% of the population) and the Sex Positives (the remaining 1%), the latter of which performs in a kinky cabaret for the Negatives, that are unable to touch other people.  The opening scene features a housewife fucking a giant rat, with three adult babies in highchairs in the background.  WTF is right!  Such a good movie!

Tail of a Bondage Model: Madison Young brings us this artsy fetish “tail” that a one point has her tied up and suspended by the ceiling along side a tied up type writer.  If that isn’t performance art, I don’t know what is.

I’d still be performing one way or another – if not the theater, then maybe in poetry clubs.  I’m driven to create art in one form or another.  I’m driven by other artists and people who create for the sake of creating.  One day I would love to work training service animals.  That is total dream of mine.

3. What’s the best thing you’ve learned or best advice you’ve received from industry?
I had the privilege of sitting down with Jiz Lee a couple months ago.  When you have the chance to speak to someone who’s influential to an entire community, you shut up and listen.  I did just that, but I asked questions too because, of course, if you’ve met Jiz you know how inviting that smile is. The message and advice I’ve received from Jiz, Courtney, and other queer performers in a nutshell is: fuck stigmas! Also, know your worth and although difficult, sometimes you have to be tough, otherwise people will take advantage of you.

4. What’s the funniest thing that’s happened while filming?
There are so many memorable moments on each and every one of the sets I’ve worked on.  It’s one of the reasons I love my job – you get to be around some of the most diverse, charismatic people.

5. What do you think is the biggest misconception about women in the industry?
There are too many to list, but it usually boils down to us being women with no other options.  Completely untrue.  I’m proud to be part of a genre where so many women are well educated and some, like me, are experimenting in a radical, but safe, way.

6. What did you do today?
I woke up and got the latest free agent news with NFL network.  Then I shut my eyes for a few minutes and imagined I owned the Indiana Colts.  I woke up with my fingers in my pants – guess I started thinking about Peyton Manning. Checked the Droid to see what business and work I had on my agenda today. Realized I had 2 term papers due.  And, now I’m doing this interview trying to avoid them.

7. What would you rather have done today?
I would have rather woke up to Peyton Manning’s fingers between my legs.  I wish I could have gone to See’s Candies, got a new tattoo, a free dress from pinupgirlclothing.com with a letter asking me to come be their new spokesmodel, and come home to it still being football season.  I wish that was my day, but nope, just midterms.

Lena Horne, Keith Morris, Clarke Gable, Courtney Love, or Ginger Rogers.  If I could write, direct, and star in a porn film, I’d like to do a movie with Rush Limbaugh.  I’d really like to fuck him in the ass, cause he’s an asshole.

9. Who is your favorite adult performer?

Valley of the Dolls.  A book about pills,booze, and movie stars in New York circa 1949-60 – totally up my alley.

Stepping on snails at the moment drives me crazy!  It’s the nastiest feeling that I carry with me for, like, an hour after.  I’m really tired of women who lie, lie, lie about their sex lives.  If you’re promiscuous, then enjoy yourself and rock out with it!  I can’t stand a woman who’s a freak on the down low, but plays the role of Miss God-Fearing Johnson in public.  Disgusting!  I understand the issue at hand- it’s a double standard for men and women. I hope that I would have discovered art, photography and sexuality outside of the adult business as well.

Anything is possible when you’re strong willed and progressive. It’s an uphill battle for a women to create and be accepted a good director and producer in mainstream pornography. But I was fortunate to have a lot of support from Eon Mckai and the “Alt” family.

That we’re all on drugs, molested as children and stupid. I feel the generalization of any one group of people is ignorant. Most of the people that I have met in this business are intelligent people with vision. The old stereotype of women in this industry is completely obsolete.

I twittered happy birthday wishes to Belladonna, I confirmed detail with my business partner on a music video project we’re directing this summer. I tried to watch the 2009 Sem Press lecture by Nan Goldin but the damn video player was acting weird so I’m going to finish watching it later and I’m finally finishing my interview questions for YOU.

7. What would you rather have done today?
Hitting balls at the Golf Range, directing a beautiful fuck scene or shooting raunchy Super 8mm film.

8. If you could do a movie with anyone (living or brought back from the dead) who would it be?
Vincent Gallo is the only person who’s coming to mind at the moment.

Happy Humday to all you people trying to get over the mid-week slump.  It’s been pretty busy for the porno industry this week, what with the AVN Awards and Adult Entertainment Expo (AEE) descending upon Las Vegas over the last weekend.  Blogs and news sites have been updating all the good stuff that’s been going on down in Sin City and what new kinds of sexy fun we can expect to be having in 2009.

Studio: VCA Category: 2007 AVN Winners and Nominees

Campy, adorable, and cast with some of the hottest talent in the alt-porn genre. Neu Wave Hookers is set in a colorful soft-lit world with a superhip soundtrack. James Deen with Riley Mason on a playground swingset; how amazing is that? And the intro to Sierra Sinn’s double penetration scene with James Deen and Tommy Pistol masturbating on someone’s mom to the song ”Dig It”, is hysterical, matched by the hotness of the actual scene. Dana DeArmond plays Traci Lords in the re-enactment of the casting of the original “New Wave Hookers”. In another scene, Kurt Lockwood picks Riley Mason up, and turns her upside down to 69 while another girl blows him. Sexual acrobatics are kinda really awesome. Especially when they lead to Kurt taking a finger or two up the butt, and liking it. The final scene kicks off with a singalong about the joys of vibrators, and turns into an all girl orgy. An all girl orgy I wish I was in the middle of. To console myself, I think I’ll sing “Orgazmitron” on the way home from work. It’s really a shame we can’t contrast Neu Wave Hookers with New Wave Hookers, as all copies of the original were destroyed, but Eon does a great job both giving us some background on the original movie and of presenting a window into the world of oversexed neu wave club kids. The action is hot *and* inventive enough to satisfy a veteran porno viewer, but is still first-timer-friendly.
