Diana Cage

Today is my 2 year anniversary with HotMoviesForHer.com. Some days it feels like I’ve been working here forever (we just mesh well) and others seem like it’s only been a minute. I guess it’s true what they say about time flying when you are having fun. And fun is definitely what I’ve been having, peddling the girlie smut and bringing all I know about sexin’ to you ladies. I love my job and know that the pleasure side of sexuality is where I belong.

In celebration of my anniversary, I thought I’d write up some of my favorite HM4Her moments from the last two years. I know it’s a little self indulgent, but hey isn’t indulgence what porn is all about?

So, here goes nothin’!

- My very first sex tips column, Introducing J.D. – Your Newest Sexpert Extraordinaire! It was my first time really writing about sex for people on a larger scale. The beginning of something beautiful!

- Dinah Shore weekends 2008 & 2009. Sponosoring this massive lezzie event is not only an awesome way to help the lesbian community get to know us, it’s a fabulous way for us to really get to talk to tons of women about porn and what things they’d like to see on a porn site just for women. Watching Pat Benetar, Margaret Cho, the Idigo Girls, Lady Gaga and bunches of girls in binkinis is just a perk. Oh, that and hanging out with The Porn Librarian. It’s the only time of the year I get to see her face-to-face, so Palm Springs is extra fun!

- When we started offering Pink and White Productions flicks, including The Crashpad Series. I don’t think my desk will ever be the same after all that drooling… or my chair, to be honest. Read the rest of this entry »

It’s officially the grosses day of 2009.  Well, at least where I am, in Philly. It is rainy, cold and windy – a truly nasty day.  I will say that I am grateful that those dreaded words – Wintry Mix – have yet to be uttered for the day, but still, it’s not pretty outside. 

But we agen’t going to let that get us down!  It’s Humpday and because it’s so icky out, we have an even better excuse to stay inside, get under the blankets and keep close for warmth.  Thumbs up for indoor activities!  And of course, by that, I mean catching up on all the sexy news out there with Link Love!  What, you thought I meant doin’ it?  Well… I guess you could get busy after you turn the computer off…

Let’s get to it!

- A blogger strives to find out if higher-income women do, in fact, get more oral sex.  I don’t know about you, but I think if this is proven right, which it seems to be, I think they should totally market it as a reson to stay in school… Can you imagine the posters?   (via Jezebel)

-Speaking of blogger studies (hmm… new trend?),  Scarlet Lotus Sexgeek over at The Femme’s Guide To Absolutely Everything has put a call out for volunteers to participate in her study on size and sexuality. 

- Your cell phone can now help keep you clean.  Three cheers for using alternative means to do sex education.  Woohoo!

- Some Australia dude has been breaking in to sex toy shops, stealing blow up dolls, fucking them in the back alleys and leaving them when he’s done.  While that is totally weird, I’m not sure which part I’m baffled by the most – that he a. does that; b. cleans up the mess he makes when he smashes the wall to get into the building; or c. but he doesn’t clean up the mess he makes in the doll, therefore leaving DNA behind.    Should be arrested purely on stupidity.  (via Jezebel)

Last night The Porn Librarian and I stayed up late to chat about girly porn with the Diana Cage on her Sirius OutQ radio show.  For those of you not obsessed with dyke media like I am, Diana Cage was the one time editor of both lesbo porno mag On Our Backs and dyke culture magazine Velvet Park (read my interview with them!) and has been involved in the world of lezzie writing for a long time.  Now that Cage has her own queer radio show, she packs it full of sexy folks from all over the homo realm to talk about – what else – queers and sex!  And if we here at HotMoviesForHer know anything, it’s queers and sex.

Last night’s show went really well and The Porn Librarian and I got a chance to highlight some of the hottest movies and stars porn has to offer, including some of my personal favorites.  Aside from just talking about my girly crush and making me blush over the airwaves, we brought up April Flores (swoon) because of her amazingly hot new movie Voluptuous Biker Babes.  I won’t try to even explain the plot in this post (read my review here), but I will say, if you like watching hot girls fuck, go check it out. So, I love me some Diana Cage. As you guys know (cause you listened, right…) the Porn Librarian and I headed over to NYC last night to hang out with Diana Cage on her Sirius Satellite Radio show and talk about all the exciting new stuff going on here at HMFH. And talk we did – for an hour! All about the brand new site, all the hot queer porno we have to offer and what exactly we like in a lady… all the stuff worth talking about. J.D. and I are headed to the Big Apple this Thursday to appear on the Diana Cage Show on Sirius Satellite Radio. It turns out that J.D. just couldn’t stand to be away from me after spending quality time with me at Dinah 2008. What can I say – to know me, is to love me…

I recently spent an enlightening evening with Diana Cage’s “Box Lunch – The Layperson’s Guide to Cunnilingus,” a delightful manual on the fine art of carpet munching. Cage does a great job in writing a handbook that addresses people of every gender and sexuality.

In this laugh-out-loud guide Cage, covers everything from basic anatomy, to adventurous oral techniques that should provide you and whomever you fall into bed with hours of enjoyment! It’s also a great introduction to things that some may consider a little bit kinky, but that most are at least curious about, like sucking dyke cock, anal play, and BDSM.

There’s an informative chapter dedicated to health concerns because as Cage says, “Knowledge is power, and being powerful is hot!” She also manages four pages of “Fabulously Fun names to call your Pussy,” including “Christina Aguilera” which is either a hilariously inane reference to pop music’s dirty girl thrown in for the author’s own amusement, or something that needs to be explained to me!

This is the kind of book that should be passed amongst lovers and friends alike. It’s bound to provide enlightenment, laughter, and a little inspiration to get your nose out of a book and in between a woman’s thighs!
