April Flores and Carlos Batts make a great team. With Batts behind the camera and Flores in front, the married couple bring depth and sex appeal to everything they touch. Their movies are artful, kinky and a totally different perspective on porn. Oh, and they don’t really ever make a ton of sense. Not that porn needs to make sense really, and their movies are so colorful and visually stunning that I’m okay with sacrificing a concrete plot.

While I really enjoyed this movie and plan to add it to my ‘watch again’ list, I do have a warning to pass along. If it’s hardcore XXX you’re looking for, better keep clicking. There is no penetration or sex at all. There are a ton of April Flores’ sexy poses and lots of shots of her naked, but alas, no one gets fucked. We do get three separate instance of April peeing outside though, which I think seems like a lot for flick less than 45 minutes long.

Scene two was my favorite of the movie. T-girl EK and Flores got naked and played on a bed together. EK injected something into her cock, and while I’m not sure what it was, seeing a hypodermic needle in a movie was a total boner killer for me, as I am terrified of needles. Fortunately the rest of the scene was really hot and brought me back into my worked up state. They touch and squirm and hump a bunch, which I loved, but when it comes to getting off, it’s the hardcore action I crave. This movie would be great for someone looking for something a little more attention grabbing and less the old bump and grind.

When I first started working here at HM4Her, there were a ton of porn stars that I had never heard of before. The 2009 Feminist Porn Awards, my favorite porn awards show of the year, is coming up later this week and not only am I super excited to see who takes home awards, I am extra thrilled because I get to be there! That’s right, HM4Her is sponsoring this grass-roots celebration of revolutionary sex positivity and hot, hot movies and I get to be a part of the action! I even get to present an award, which I am all squeallly (and crazy nervous) about. So, in honor of The Feminist Porn Awards taking place this week, I am dedicating the Top Five Tuesday to talking about my top five 2009 nominees. Picking only five titles out of the ridiculously awesome pool of nominees was really difficult and more than once I found myself thinking about renaming this week as “Top Ten Tuesday,” but eventually I settled on five that really grabbed my attention and had me fanning myself as I watched.
