Whether she’s tackling open relationships in her latest book or teaching the masses the joys of anal sex in her educational video series - she consistently produces amazing sex ed materials. And if you’ve checked out any movies in her Chemistry series, you know she can shoot a pretty hot porno too! Like so many sexperts, she’s put in her time at Babeland and they recently posted a new interview with this amazing woman!

What did you learn at Babeland that helped you in the wide world of sex education after you left? I think one of the most important lessons for me was to leave my own sex life out of it, and approach everyone without any judgment. I needed to meet each person where they were at. When someone said, ‘I am looking for something big,’ I asked them to show me what they meant, rather than assuming. You need to listen to people, empower them to ask for what they need and want.
You’ve long been seen as the “Anal Sex Guru” - did you have any idea starting out that you would become so associated with that particular sexual activity? Well, I did write the book on the subject! Really, I don’t feel pigeon-holed or anything. If I am forever known as the anal sex expert, I am okay with that.

There’s a first time for everything and this was my first time with a bendy beaded anal toy from Fun Factory. On that note, this was my first time with any anal toy. In knowing that, cut me a break on my cheesy descriptive review.
My Bendybeads are red and as you guessed it, bendy. I prepared myself mentally for what I was about to do. I got out my Wild Fire mini-vibe and a shit load of lube.
In using so much lube, it posed a bit of a problem hanging onto my beaded beast. I started off very slowly, just rubbing the bumps of the beads along my backside. Hmm, that actually felt kind of pleasant. There is a ring at the end of my beads so I could have some sense of control over it.
However, hanging onto the ring and attempting to insert the first bulb was pointless. Like stated above, it bends. Just about landed in the wrong hole, which got me thinking. But we’ll try that a different time. So back to my problem with having a lot of lube on my toy…I got a hold of the first bead and applied a bit of pressure and in it went. Now, this is not so bad, in fact feels kind of nice. I can see why men enjoy each other so much. This can open up a whole new world for me. Since the first bead felt good, the second one should feel better. So, a little more pressure and both are now in.

Ever since J.D. and I were accosted by a woman who decided I didn’t look like a girl who likes porn, I’ve wondered about what a dirty girl looks like. She obviously does not look like this:

Tristan Taormino is the queen of anal sex. That’s not even just me saying that, it’s a well-known fact among sexperts. And an instructional about anal sex from the queen, who has her own signature butt plug, could be nothing short of amazing. This movie does a really good (and totally hot) job of showing anal play in a variety of positions and with a selection of different toys. During the demo scenes, little bubbles come on screen to give additional information and tips about what’s happening on the screen. While the info is actually very helpful, the bubbles have a Pop-Up Video feel and the interruption is a little annoying, to be honest. But that’s pretty much the only negative thing I can say about this whole three-scene experience. I really enjoyed the guided beginner how-to in scene one, but it was the second scene that took top place for me. Lots of communication, lube, toys and positions all over the map - just how anal sex should be!

So I’m back on my anal kick again, and I found this old school treasure. The music is a little outdated, and the hair definitely belongs in the 80’s and 90’s, but the sex-positive aspects of the anal sex in the video make it more than worthwhile. First, they talk with the couples about why they enjoy anal sex, and then they show a hot scene of them getting it on. The older and slightly creepy narrator reminds you to use lots of lube, to warm up the woman lots and lots before hand (this is a hetero-centric, penis-in-anus film), so that she is very turned on, and to go slowly, and let the woman control the depth, speed, etc. All of these are very true. They also really emphasize stimulating the clitoris while there is anal penetration, something very important that is often left out of anal sex movies. The women got pre-sex back massages that made me jealous, and then they had outstanding orgasms (sometimes even with the help of sex toys). An oldie but a goodie, I recommend this to straight couples looking to try out anal sex.

If you can look past the 80’s hair, the randomly interspersed “mmmms” and constant use of the eyebrows, this film with Erica Boyer is really good for those that are excited to try anal intercourse. Erica is clearly into anal play, and she likes to describe the sensations she feels when being penetrated. This movie focuses on female pleasure during anal intercourse and sex is discussed from the female point of view. I like that she discusses how important it is to be prepared for something enter your anus - that you can’t just go in cold. Her partner, Mark, emphasizes the necessity of lube, as well as the importance of starting with fingers and working your way up to a penis (or dildo, although this is definitely marketed toward hetero couples). This movie is old school, so if cheesy music and handlebar mustaches make you laugh, it might not be the right fit, but if all you want is a quickie intro into anal sex, you should check it out.
