I was pretty excited to give the PicoBong Honi a whirl.  Pico Bong toys are made the same folks that make Lelo toys.  While I love the crap out of Lelo’s products, they are on the pricey end of the spectrum.  While they are totally worth it with their soft silicone and rechargeable ways, sometimes they just don’t fit into the budget.  Soooo, I think it is pretty neat that they came out with a line of toys with a wallet friendly price point.

The Honi is a bullet vibrator made from soft Silicone and ABS plastic.  It is waterproof and boasts 12 vibe patterns and multiple speeds.  It is a little over 3 inches in length and a little over 1 inch wide.  It takes 1 AAA battery that keeps it powered up for 2 hours.

Right off the bat I was a little annoyed.  I was all set for a solo session and I couldn’t figure out how to turn the Honi on.  I read the directions and discovered that you press plus sign that is inside the “b” on the vibrator to turn it on (and you press the minus in the “p” to turn it off).  You’re probably wondering why I didn’t just read the directions to begin with.  Well, I don’t think you should have to read directions to turn on a bullet vibrator!  The plus and minus are camouflaged, damnit.  Just sayin’.

While we’re on the subject of controls: to cycle through the various patterns, you hold down the plus sign for 2 seconds as you cycle through to the next one.  I didn’t love this because sometimes it was hard to tell where one pattern and ended and another began.  It didn’t ruin my life, but I do prefer to just click on through rather than continually pressing the button.  The vibrations were not off the charts strong, but they had some nice zoom… enough to keep me interested.  While not 100% silent, it was definitely on the quiet side which I always appreciate.

I started with a bad taste in my mouth, but my experience turned to out to be a decent one.  As bullet vibes go, it holds its own and offers an impressive variety of patterns in one tiny hunk of silicone.  It is also totally waterproof which is nice in the bath and makes cleaning super easy.  Is this toy going to be the number one love of my sex toy life?  Nope, but I think people who are into the crazy vibration patterns would absolutely love it.

I was lucky enough to review a nice little collection of toys and lube from Good Vibrations.  I’ll spare you the small talk and get down to business.

Made exclusively for Good Vibrations, Please Liquid Lubricant definitely gets a gold star.  First of all it is glycerin and paraben free.  Being the highly sensitive girl that I am, this is a must for me.  It does contain sorbitol, which is a sugar alcohol that acts as a thickener, but it didn’t cause any problems for me.  I mention this because sugar in the vag generally causes yeast infections.  I have used Please Liquid Lube more than a handful of times and have experienced no irritation.  It really creates a nice thick wall of slippery goodness on my skin with only a few drops.  It definitely had a nice weight to it.  I prefer a heftier lube, so I’m a fan of this stuff.  If you prefer more of a water-like consistency, I wouldn’t recommend this product to you.  Please Lube is taste and scent free, so no yucky chemical taste when you change up your sex acts.  It does leave the tiniest bit of residue when all is said and done, but it isn’t enough to keep from going back to it.  It washes off easily and since
it is water based, you are good to use it with condoms and sex toys.  Please lube is definitely in my rotation of go-to lubes.

The Silver Bullet Vibrator is a timeless classic is that I would recommend to a sex toy beginner or to someone who prefers simple vibrators.  It controlled by a wired remote control with a dial control on the side that allows you to adjust from low to high vibration.  While this vibe is no match for the high powered pocket rocket, it is a mighty little egg.  It is a bit on the buzzy side, but I was impressed with the power it presented for such a basic toy.  It has a moderate noise level that may bug you if you’re super sensitive to those things, but I was able to ignore it.  I’m not going to paint this vibrator as being any fancier than it is, but as egg vibrators go, this one holds its own.  It is totally affordable and made from sturdy hard plastic.  I have to point this out because I have encountered cheap egg vibes that barely make it through the first use without cracking or having a motor melt down.  This one is still going strong after a few uses.  Cleaning is simple.  It isn’t waterproof, but wiping
down with a soapy damp cloth will do the trick.  I advise against submerging in water or taking it in the shower.  If you’re on a budget and in need of a new little vibrator, the Silver Bullet is for you.

The Bunny Sleeve is an affordable way to change up the basic Silver Bullet, or any pocket rocket style vibrator.   It slides on with little hassle and covers just about the entire toy when used with the Silver Bullet.  It transfers the vibrations all the way to the ears, so if you like pin point clitoral stimulation, you would definitely enjoy this little bunny.  I don’t personally pin point stimulation, I’m more of an all over kind of girl.  Either way, it’s an easy way to jazz up a simple vibrator.  It is made from elastomer so it is semi-porous, but it is phthalates free and hypoallergenic.  You don’t have to deal with skin irritation, but I wouldn’t recommend sharing with a friend.  It is super easy to clean.  Just wash with a little soap and water and run under the faucet.  At the very least, it’s cute and makes the simplest of toys versatile.

Overall, this is a solid round up of products from Good Vibrations.

I was excited. I never had a sex toy before. “Looks like a prettier spark plug,” I thought. The Climax Pop has some obvious perks to the first time owner. Phthalate free, batteries included, waterproof, and hygienic silicone all located on a neat little placard, that I must say, has some rather eye-catching gradient use.

I pulled it free from its backing and pressed the small button. Nothing. Batteries included right? I looked at the package, clicked the button again, nothing. The light turned green, time to go. Yes, that’s correct. Out of the sheer bewilderment that I was given a sex toy at work, I had already opened it to see how strong the vibration was. Do not get the wrong idea though; I don’t advocate masturbating while driving.

Once safely in my home I discovered the problem. A small plastic circle that prevents the circuit from connecting while being shipped was on top of the batteries. I love bullet vibes.

They’re so simple and the perfect way to add a little buzz to your bedroom without your xxx time being dominated by whatever toy you’re using. Most bullets are made out of plastic, so when I saw the Beaded Aluminum Bullet from Vibratex, I was really excited to get my hands on it. Aluminum is a phthalate-free material that can be sterilized, so it’s definitely more in tune with my tastes when it comes to sex toys.

There are a couple of great things about this toy that I want to highlight. I already mentioned that aluminum is a great body-safe material, but let me just say that it’s really nice to have a bullet that can be shared without worry. All you have to do is make sure it’s wiped down with a 10% bleach solution to sterilize it in between uses. The material is also great at conducting temperature, so you can run it under the hot water tap and heat up a cool winter night!

Another thing I really enjoy about this waterproof Vibratex vibe is the beaded shape of the body. There’s a little ball on the tip that’s great for pinpointing vibrations and the bumpy shaft feels great sliding up and down.

Unfortunately, there are a couple of not so super points I need to bring up. First up, this is not a very powerful toy, although since it runs on one AA battery I didn’t expect much. Of course, it is comparable and ever better than most bullet vibes, I just don’t want anyone to be misled. I also think it’s unfortunate that it only offers one speed. I can usually forgive a weaker vibe if I have a little control over the buzzing, but sadly this is a one trick pony.

While this is a great toy for us, I would suggest people who aren’t sure about bullet vibes pick up a $5 trial toy to see if it’s a toy they need to have in their collection. To be honest, if you’re not super into bullet vibes, you can probably find a better toy to spend your money on, especially for solo play. However, if you’re someone like me that reaches for a bullet vibe time and time again, why wouldn’t you spend a little more money on a toy that is made from a safer material that happens to be lots of fun!

If there’s one thing the ladies of HotMoviesForHer can agree on, it’s the importance of a handy stash of basic sex toys. Whenever the folks at Fun Factory come out with a new toy, you can bet it’s going to go on my sex toy wish list. I love their stuff and am very rarely disappointed. While I have about 4000 bullets like the Fly Micro Vibe, I just had to try it out!

The best thing about it is that, like the majority of Fun Factory’s products, the sleeve is made out of really nice medical grade silicone. The bullet can be removed and then the sleeve can be sterilized for safety’s sake. One tip I would recommend is applying a drop or two of water-based lube to the bullet before insertion each time. It’ll make the bullet easier to remove when it’s time to boil the sleeve. There aren’t a ton of bullet style vibes like this that are so well made, so paying a few extra bucks is certainly worth it, in my opinion.

This toy runs on three micro-batteries, which are included. It’s not the most powerful vibe in the world, but it does the job and you have to appreciate any toy that’s ready to go right out of the box. There are three levels of intensity, the first barely registers for me, but options are always a good thing, especially with a small toy like this.

Another thing I dig about the Fly Micro Vibe is that it’s completely waterproof. I’ve used it in the shower a bunch and haven’t had any issues at all. It’s put together really well, so I never had any doubts as to whether or not it would stand up to a good soaking.

If you’re the type of person who can’t get off with anything but a Hitachi, this is not the toy for you. If you’re like me, and love what a bullet vibe can add to a night of debauchery, you should definitely check this one out. I think it’s especially good for those of you who live in a house full of people who don’t need to know you’re getting off. It’s discreet, quiet and a great reason to take a long bath!

Bullet vibes are one of those toys that every woman should own. No matter how many fancy pants toys I get, I find myself reaching for this type of vibe quite often. I’ve burned through a bunch over the years, but I just can’t quit them. Since I’m such a fan, when I saw this Cal Exotics toy with dual bullets, I knew I had to have it.

The Passion Bullets Dual obviously has two vibes, but what makes it really great is that each has their own set of controls. This is especially fantastic if you’re playing with a friend. The rubber-cote bullets are plugged into the controller by super long cords, another plus in my book, and can be unplugged for cleaning or untangling.

There are seven different functions available – low, medium, high, low-low-high pulse, constant pulse, low-high pulse, and escalating. I’m a sucker for anything with an escalating option personally and really love all the options available. It runs on 4 AA batteries and is pretty freaking powerful for such a small toy. Unless you can’t get off with anything that’s not plugged in, you’ll most likely be pleased with the amount of buzz this toy puts out.

We have had a lot of fun with this so far and I expect it to continue. There are a ton of options – mutual masturbation, solo exploration – and so many places you can use a little bullet like this. The only recommendation I have is if you think you need to insert one of these into your butt, use a condom. I would never count on any chord that isn’t specifically designed for retrieval to pull something out of my ass. That’s one trip to the ER I’d rather not make.

The Passion Bullets Dual is a well-made toy when compared to other bullet vibes in the same price point. I’ve owned (and killed) a lot of comparable toys in my lifetime and this one is definitely nice. I’ll be honest and say that I don’t expect to be buried with it, but I’m sure going to have a hell of a time with it until it burns out.
