Sometimes when you get to the end of the rainbow, you find a pot of gold… and sometimes you find a giant orgasm. I’m not sure why this brightly colored space alien-looking toy is called the Rainbow, but I can only guess it’s because of how wet things are when it comes around. And since it measures in at a whopping 10”, you can only imagine just how wet everything becomes as soon as Rainbow comes out of the packaging (which, I should mention, is lovely as well).
With a long curved neck, bulbous head and ridged body, the Rainbow is designed for lots of internal stimulation, and though I preferred to keep it deep inside, it looks to be a good toy for thrusting in and out, which some folks really enjoy. Now, I really like in-and-out thrusting as well, but there was something about this toy that felt more comfortable just hanging out inside once it entered my bits. I don’t know if it was the size, since it is 1.65” diameter, which isn’t that big, but I still liked it more for internal pressure and less for friction stimulation.
Vibrator-wise, this big guy is pretty strong. On a scale of 1-10, I’d weigh it in at about a 7. It’s no Hitachi Magic Wand, but it’s got a nice strength to it, as well as three varying speeds and a few pulse patterns that feel fantastic. Plus, it’s totally waterproof and fully submersible, meaning that a bath time date is in my near future. I swear, waterproof vibes are the only reason my bathtub is always clean and ready for use.
Being 100% medical grade silicone, Papaya’s Rainbow is super body safe and awesome. Unlike other silicone toys, this one is not boilable or dishwasher-safe, but you can use a 10% bleach solution to sterilize it, or just soap and warm water (though if you are sharing it, use a condom). This specific silicone is really velvety, so you may need a little extra lube (water-based lube) to keep the friction just right without too much drag (ow!).
