I never really had much of a desire to pee standing up. I mean, I’ve struggled to avoid soaking my shoes in pit toilets on my travels, but I grew up in Upstate NY and am pretty good at urinating in the woods if necessary.

However, now that I am the proud owner of my very own P-Style, I can’t wait to pee all over the place. I was on a hike while I was first testing this ingenious piece of plastic out and all I could think about while peering out over a cliff was how awesome it would be to pee off of said cliff. How ridiculous is that? I now understand why my friend’s son sneaks out of the house to pee whenever his mom isn’t looking.

The P-Style is essentially an open plastic funnel. While it doesn’t sound that special, it’s design makes using it really easy and super dry. After reading the instructions, I tried it out in the shower a few times and found it was basically idiot proof. If it weren’t, I’d probably smell like a wet diaper… The rounded back end is used to wipe and I have to say it’s really effective and not at all uncomfortable. I was really surprised by how well it worked.

After you’re done using it, you can rinse it with soap and water or, if you’re in the great outdoors, just shake it off and put it in a plastic baggie. While a few of you may be wondering about caring around something you urinated on, in my opinion, it beats the hell out of walking home in your urine soaked shoes. Plus it’s sterile, so get over it!

For those of you who are into gender play, there are obvious uses for this that I’ll leave to your imagination.

I have to say that I love this thing way more than I ever thought I would. I’m sure the novelty will wear off a bit, but as someone who loves to travel and hike, I can see myself getting a lot of use out of the P-Style.
