The Discretion Bullet was a total sleeper for me. I mean, I wasn’t expecting anything nearly as awesome as I got. This baby is a perfect example of my ultimate triple threat – powerful, quiet, small.
I’m not one to particularly care whether my sex toys are incognito or not, but I know that for many people, being discreet is a major requirement. Disguised as an ordinary make-up compact (with mirror included), the Discretion definitely lives up to its moniker.
Pop the top and surprise, no powder here, just a powerful little bullet vibe, about the size and shape of a small peanut. Attached to the controller by a retractable plastic cord, the mini vibe pulls out to an impressive three feet! Then, when you’re done, a knob flips out to wind up the cord and wrangle in the little bugger.
With batteries included (thank god, because who has watch batteries lying around?), this three-speed, clit stimulating bullet defies expectation and delivers silently strong vibrations, all while taking up as much space total as, say, a make-up compact. Big stretch, I know.
The vibe was so quiet that I couldn’t even hear it in my completely silent room, unless it hit one of my labia rings, then it made an incredibly loud noise because the vibrations were so strong. I’ll admit that it felt a little weird to be playing with a vibe attached to something that would usually have nothing to do with sex, but I suppose that is the point.
I really like that the actual bullet comes housed in it’s own little hard-sided protective covering (i.e. the plastic “compact” part), which protects it from getting dirty or damaged. Funnily enough, I actually took advantage of the mirror at one point when I was searching my room around for a real compact. And though I hadn’t thought about it until now, you could probably use it to watch yourself getting off if you wanted. Added bonus!
One thing: While it is a super discreet toy, it might be even more so without the lid reading “Discretion” in large letters for all to see. Just a thought.
