Ok, not our typical mixtape rewind!

I was just in San Francisco, and *lucky me* had the HOTTEST cab driver ever on my way back to the airport to come home. He was young, beautiful and Russian. He chatted on his cell phone the whole time in Russian, the only words I understood were “niet” and “da” so no clue what he was talking about (although I did hear the words “club dj” and “girlfriend” (damn) at points).

Anyway, he was listening to some awesome music – it was all in Russian, but it was really good. When he dropped me off, I asked him what it was. He must have thought I was crazy, because he laughed and said, “Is Russian, very old. Very old, 25 years old maybe.” He wrote the name down for me (in various ways, because he wasn’t sure how to spell it in English – he was so cute!) and said if I looked it up in Youtube, I would find videos.

Well lo and behind my lovelies, I am sharing with you now! I like to listen to it and pretend I’m with the super fucking hot ass Russian cab driver.

The singer’s name is (at least most commonly) Mikhail Shufutinsky. I searched especially hard for a video with sexy ladies in the background
