Sweet Sinner is at it again, bringing charm and sex appeal to an otherwise cliché genre. This time the doctor is in – and Nica Noelle is taking on the medical industry in all its porny glory. Dr. Steve Holmes comes on duty to find that his patient Elexis Monroe is in need of some medical attention. While her social worker (the first one I think I’ve ever seen in porn!) explains to him that she is mental and emotional issues, he doesn’t quite get the full extent of her condition until she spreads her legs and begs him to fuck her. Yep, then all those marvelous multiple personalities come pouring out! Hell, one of them even ends up bangin’ another patient! And he thought all he was going to get was his tonsils out – surprise buddy!

While this movie was just as hot has every other flick sweet sinner has to offer, I will say that I was definitely confused by a few things. First off, why bother calling it “The Doctor” if said doc is only gonna screw one of his patients? And why set up the whole multiple personalities plot line if you aren’t going to maximize it to its best uses? I mean, I’m no filmmaker, but if I spent the time getting those two plots in order, I would have just had the doctor fuck each of her personalities. Makes sense to me.

That all said, what ended up being my favorite scene of the movie had nothing to do with the doctor or his DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) patient. I really enjoyed scene 2, with Kristina Rose and Alex Gonz. I’m not sure if it’s just because I think Kristina Rose is awesome, or that I really liked the whole nurse/patient nurturing dynamic, or even just that the sex was super hot, but I thought this scene was totally stand out from the rest. Oh, and I’m definitely not discounting that my excitement may very well be related to Kristina’s knee high pink tube socks. It’s the details that totally make the scene for me.

I will say that the whole mental issues plot made me a little uncomfortable, since it felt like the character was fucking without consent, but it’s porn, so really, no harm – no foul. All in all, I really enjoyed Sweet Sinner’s updated take on this cliché porno situation. Like I said, they rarely get it wrong. Definitely take the time to watch this awesome flick.
