Inmu Vol. 1 – 02

It’s hentai day! You know those days when you’re standing in the supermarket snack isle staring at a huge wealth of snacks and go to yourself “I have a craving” but can’t for the life of you figure out what for? Today was one of those days for me. I wanted something different but I couldn’t figure out exactly what, I settled on one of the three great “I” series we’ve got, “Inmu vol. 1-02.”

Inmu is a series of small vignettes, each carefully plotted out to both draw you in a little and pay off with a sexual finish. The first is about a lesbian swimming coach named Hinakawa who has a serious crush on her pink haired student Aki. Aki seems to have a slight crush for the coach in her own right but doesn’t act on them instead planning to give her virginity to a guy that is never fully introduced. Hinakawa gets more than a little melancholy when she hears that her beautiful pure Aki is about to be defiled and has a revelation that night that leads her straight into Aki’s arms.

The next vignette starts out with a bit of a gangbang under mysterious circumstances. Apparently Aoi, the girl in this scene, has been held in this place and doesn’t remember how long she’s been there. The tale is told retrospective, showing how she got to this dark room. Apparently it all started with a beautiful doll. But when Aoi went to purchase it the keeper was a weird nearly nude woman who wanted to sell her a different more lewd figure. Either way Aoi eventually got the doll she wanted and ended up masturbating with the thing after turning her room into an approximation of the dolls box.

I have to say I love the way these little vignettes are set up, you really get the feeling of a whole story that doesn’t feel too rushed. These are more like sexy “Tales from the Darkside” than anything else. A nice departure from the usual hentai tales and kind of engrossing, definitely something I enjoyed and think you should give a shot especially if you’re a fan of light and campy horror tales; they do feature a type of tentacle monster though not one of the more gross ones so be forewarned.
