20 Questions With Rachel Kenley – Fifty Writers on Fifty Shades

A few weeks back we posted our review of Fifty Writers on Fifty Shades, a collection offering up fifty different perspectives on the 50 Shades phenomenon.  Today we bring you 20 questions with erotica author Rachel Kenley.  Her piece “Porn Writer on the PTA” takes a look at how 50 Shades has changed the interactions she has with other women in her community and the ways the dynamic has shifted since they started reading the series.

1. How (and when) did you get started writing erotica/writing about?
I started reading erotica and erotic romance in my 20s and my tastes have gotten better and my requirements higher. I submitted my first erotic romance in early 2007 and it was published later that year by Ellora’s Cave (I was writing as Rowan West then). I love exploring the physical aspects of a growing relationship and how that effects the individuals involved.

2. If you weren’t writing, what would you be doing?
You mean another job? I can’t imagine. I had dreams of being on the stage when I was younger, but this is the work that suits me best – writing, working and coaching writers, speaking at conferences. I love it all.

3. What’s the best thing you’ve learned or best advice you’ve received from the erotic industry?
There is someone for everything and everyone’s likes and desires are different. And that’s something to be celebrated! There’s not even a consensus in the vanilla hetero world. If it makes you feel good and if it doesn’t hurt anyone else – explore it, enjoy it, and you’ll probably find someone else who enjoys it too.

4. What’s the funniest thing that’s happened while working in erotica?
Probably the faces of some of my extended family when they learned what I write about. It’s as if they are worried that writing erotic romance gives me some kind of insight into their sexual thoughts. I do love how many friends, however, are willing to ask me questions. Women need someone they can talk to about these things.

5. What do you think is the biggest misconception about women in the industry?
In the porn industry? Probably that they are brainless and can’t get work anywhere else. I don’t think people realize that this industry (in movies and in books) can also be way for us to take charge and control of our sexuality, our pleasure – and our bank accounts.

6. What did you do today?
Home-schooled my children, made dinner, did laundry, wrote about 1,000 words, and tried to save the PC from the blue screen of death (I needed to call in back up for that).

7. What would you rather have done today?
Have someone else do the cooking and cleaning for me while I sit in a perfectly decorated writing room with lots of space and light. My coffee is always hot and there’s chocolate on hand. And someone to give me a massage when I need it later.

8. If you could do a movie with anyone (living or brought back from the dead) who would it be?
OMG – I would *totally* love to meet Mae West. I’d love to write for her, talk to her and have her over for dinner. She’s an inspiration and a role model. I’d also like Anais Nin to join us, but she never made a movie to my knowledge.

9. Who is your favorite adult performer?
Okay, this is a strange question for a writer to answer, but I have to admit I love watching what Randy Spears can do with his tongue. He always looks like he is enjoying what he’s doing – and so does his partner. And having seen her on several HBO specials – I get a real kick out of Katie Morgan.

10. You’ve got 20 bucks left to your name; what would you do with it?
You mean after I panic and call my friends? I will always spend money on books, good food, and great costume jewelry.

11. If you were president, what’s the first thing you’d change?
I’d work to make sure everyone had the civil rights and equality they deserved. Marriage for all who want it. And I think our education system needs some serious attention.

12. What’s the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever done?
My list of things that I’ve done which are foolish or dumb is much longer (you can ask my brother about the time I locked my keys in a Honda with the engine running – he loves to tell that story), but I think breast feeding in front of my in-laws ranks up there. It cleared the room.  🙂

13. Which is your favorite project that you’ve worked on?
Fifty Writers on Fifty Shades of Grey has been wonderful from the moment I first started writing my essay. I’d have to add the first anthology I edited which was called Spellbound a collection of erotically retold fairy tales. I love those stories and all the things you can do with them.

14. If you could have 1 superpower what would it be?
I hate having to choose only one (did I mention I’m a Libra?), but I’ve always wanted to fly!

15. Meat or veggie?
Meat! Veggies on the side, please.

16. What is your favorite book?
Too many to list and I’d have to go through all the different genres I enjoy, but in the erotica genre, I will read anything Laura Antoniou and Joey W. Hill write. They never disappoint.

17. What is your biggest pet peeve?
That there are always dishes in the sink and laundry to be done. I also hate having to say things more then once. I don’t love the sound of my own voice that much.

18. What is your best piece of sex advice for women?
Learn what you love and then get comfortable telling your partner what you want! Being sexual power is a vital part of being fully empowered.

19. What is your favorite adult movie?
Dogma by Kevin Smith. Oh, that’s not what you meant?

20. Tell me one thing you’ve never told anyone else.
I think I would have made (and loved being) a great courtesan back in the age when they were celebrated.

20 Questions With Midori – Fifty Writers on Fifty Shades

MidoriA few weeks back we posted our review of Fifty Writers on Fifty Shades, a collection offering up fifty different perspectives on the 50 Shades phenomenon.  Today we bring you 20 questions with sexuality writer and sex educator Midori, author of the essay “Fifty Shades Of Snark.”  Midori’s piece looks at the kink community’s reaction to the 50 Shades phenomenon (which is quite critical) and tempers that with her own early adventures in the thrill of viewing erotica, creating a balanced and realistic view at the appeal of the series.  Spend a little extra time with Midori in her amazing !

1. How (and when) did you get started teaching bedroom skills and sexuality coaching?
In the mid 90’s I volunteered as peer educator for HIV education and safer sex in San Francisco. Shortly after that, I began writing sexual advice columns for various magazine and papers—always with the objective of giving people permission to shed shame and have smarter, safer, and steamier sex.

Slowly I began teaching classes in the local area. Soon I discovered I had a talent for public speaking, coaching, and designing effective and entertaining classes to help people live fulfilling erotic lives. In 2001 I became a full-time traveling sexuality educator.

The past few years my weekend intensive programs, including ForteFemme: Women’s Dominance Weekend Intensive and Rope Bondage Dojo, have really gained popularity. Recently, Skype and other technology have made it easier for me to help my students with ongoing coaching. It’s unbelievably exciting to be part of people’s lives as they explore, blossom, and grow into living fully!

2. If you weren’t writing, what would you be doing?
Adventure travel guide in exotic hinterlands, guiding people to achieve new peaks, experience fresh sensations, and see wondrous sights!

(Hmmm. Come to think of it, whether in the wilds of jungles and caverns or the wilds of bedroom adventures, I’m drawn to the same thing!)

3. What’s the best thing you’ve learned or best advice you’ve received from the erotic industry?
If it turns you on, someone else out there is turned on by it too!

4. What’s the funniest thing that’s happened while working as a sexuality educator and coach?
Conversations with TSA agents as they open my luggage and find my teaching props! Then they want to come to my classes.

5. What do you think is the biggest misconception about women in the adult industry?
A common misconception about women in the adult industry is that it’s an occupation of last resort. While it may be for some, for many it’s a chosen occupation providing an outlet for creativity, agency, and flexible hours.

6. What did you do today?
Taught a group of erotic rope bondage enthusiasts the joys of passionate movement and hot rope tricks.

7. What would you rather have done today?
A lot more of #6 and then go to the kinky play party happening tonight — and a lot less office work, like work coordination e-mails and answering 20 questions.

8. If you could do a movie with anyone (living or brought back from the dead) who would it be?
Veronica Franco, Michel Foucault, Freddy Mercury, Pharaoh Hatshepsut

9. Who is your favorite adult performer?
Nina Hartley, Sinnamon Love, Adrianna Nicole, Madison Young. Why? They’re my friends and I just think they’re wonderful people! I like hanging out them.

10. You’ve got 20 bucks left to your name; what would you do with it?
Make “stone soup” with my most beloved friends.

11. If you were president, what’s the first thing you’d change?
Reform the electoral college system, and make voting mandatory for all adults with fiscal penalty for failure to comply. Vote!

12. What’s the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever done?
Having to read Fifty Shades on an airplane while researching for this book is one of the most embarrassing things I’ve done lately.  I’ve read tons of sex-filled filth during flights, but nothing made me feel more uncomfortable than the possibility of people thinking I willingly chose to read this quality of writing.

13. Which is your favorite project that you’ve worked on?
ForteFemme: Women’s Dominance Weekend Intensive!

Creating an environment and program to help women discover and tap into their authentic power source within, and to find fulfillment in a mutually supportive experience has been deeply satisfying. Watching these amazing women blossom into their fuller potential—nothing like it. Not even chocolate comes close to this.

14. If you could have 1 superpower what would it be?
Cause others to experience deep and profound kindness towards others.

15. Meat or veggie?
Fish

16. What is your favorite book?
Like Water for Chocolate by Gabriel García Márquez

17. What is your biggest pet peeve?
Litter bugs. Such a simple act exposes a person as being deeply selfish and immature.

18. What is your best piece of sex advice for women?
Go ahead, be sexually selfish and ask for what you want! Put yourself first, everything and everyone else comes from that.

19. What is your favorite adult movie?
As a pre-teen in Japan I got a peek at Madame Emmanuel on late night TV. If I had to name a favorite adult film, it would be that.

I don’t have a favorite contemporary adult film, but some of my most favorite sex scenes are in these movies…
• Unbearable Lightness of Being
• Indochine
• Cabaret
• Mr. & Mrs. Smith
• The Hunger

20. Tell me one thing you’ve never told anyone else.
I do not have one of those naturally beautiful faces and bodies. I accept that my physical “package” is ordinary. At the same time, I know that I have developed myself into an attractive person, and continue to do so.

20 Questions With Marci Hirsch – Fifty Writers on Fifty Shades

Last week we posted our review of Fifty Writers on Fifty Shades, a collection offering up fifty different perspectives on the 50 Shades phenomenon.  One of the writers is Marci Hirsch, the VP of Production over at porno company Vivid Entertainment.  Her piece “It’s All in the Eyes” swirls parts of her own experiences as both a sexual person and a woman within the industry with interactions that occur in 50 Shades, and allows us to view women in erotica a little bit differently.

1. How (and when) did you get started writing erotica/writing about?
I have always liked reading erotica so when I was asked to write an essay, I jumped at the opportunity.

2. If you weren’t writing, what would you be doing?
Who knows? I am trying not to schedule everything in my life. Turns out people in my life don’t like it!

3. What’s the best thing you’ve learned or best advice you’ve received from the erotic industry?
Patience

4. What’s the funniest thing that’s happened while working in erotica?
It was a “had to be there moment” that’s explanation just doesn’t give the full effect of what happened.

People think that the women in the industry are taken advantage of and objectified. The adult industry is no longer a boys club. Women in our industry do so much more than perform on camera.

I went to the theatre to see Book of Mormon…LOVED IT.

7. What would you rather have done today?

I am not very coordinated so I trip a lot and fall up stairs.

13. Which is your favorite project that you’ve worked on?
I Love what I do, but, writing erotica was fun.

14. If you could have 1 superpower what would it be?
Time travel

15. Meat or veggie?
Meat, all the way.

16. What is your favorite book?

Misspelled words

21 Questions With Kurt Lockwood… Part 2

Last week we hit you with part 1 of the awesome Kurt Lockwood interview.  Folks have been asking where the rest of the 21 questions are and today we are delivering them to you.  Kurt gives some pretty solid sex advice to the ladies, but you can read that for yourself.  Be sure to check out the free clip at the bottom of the interview.  Happy reading!

12. If you were president, what’s the first thing you’d change?
If I were President the first thing I would do would be to end corporate influence in our politics. I was heavily involved with the Occupy Wall Street Movement. I was there in New York in Zuccotti Park protesting. Our democracy has been Kurt Lockwoodcorporate raided by the richest one percent who want to control us. Did you know that the richest 200 people have more money than the combined income of the lowest 40 PERCENT of the rest of the population? How many beautiful things do rich people need before poor people can have free healthcare? Or that no child goes to bed hungry? It’s not right. I’m a Democratic Socialist. I’m so far left I make Obama look like Cheney, lol.

13. What’s the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever done?
This interview? LOL, just kidding. Hmmm, not so sure. I have few ex-girlfriends I’d like to that “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” memory eraser thing, though, LOL.

Not Embarrassing: Kurt’s performance in Kill Girl Kill 3.

14. Which is your favorite project that you’ve worked on?
I directed, wrote, starred in, edited and created the soundtrack for 8 movies that I directed for SexZ Pictures ( www.sexz.com ) and anyone who considers themselves a fan of mine should DEFINITELY check those out, especially THE REAL BOOGIE NIGHTS, L.A. VICE, and DECLINE OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION PART 69: THE PORNO YEARS where you can see my band play. But all these movies were labors of love and I’m really proud of all of them.

15. If you could have 1 superpower what would it be?
If I could have one superpower I would choose to be an Anne Rice Vampire. Ageless, super strong, and fast.  I could dig all that.

Check out Kurt’s superpowers in Tristan Taormino’s Chemistry An Experiment (Disc 1) and Disc 2!

16. Meat or veggie?
Meat, for sure. However, one of my greatest disappointments in myself is that I still eat animals. I would love to be Vegan because I know that unless I was starving on a deserted Island, I would never kill an animal myself to eat it. We make it too easy these days. We go into the store and buy our neatly packaged rump roast without any hint of the animal cruelty and viciousness of the murder these animals are subjected to by the psychotic slaughterhouse employees who do nothing but kill all day. I don’t think I could ever be fully vegetarian though, I just don’t like enough vegetables. I had the vegan meat-substitute “Seitan” recently and it was delicious, so… I could see myself as a “pescatarian” though, because even Christ fed people “loaves and fishes.” So I guess it’s okay to eat little Nemo, lol.

Kurt Lockwood Interview17. What is your favorite book?
I have a few that I re-read over the years, The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice, The Tolkien Legendarium by J.R.R. Tolkien, anything by Phillip K. Dick. And believe it or not, I find the Bible really fascinating from both a historical and a philosophical point of view.

18. What is your biggest pet peeve?
Hmmmm, oh I know! I HATE it when you say “thank you” to someone and instead of saying “you’re welcome,” back to you, the other person instead responds with a “mmm-hmmm”. Grrrr! Would it really have killed them just to say “you’re welcome”? I mean, if you say “Mmm-hmmm” after someone thanks you it’s like you are saying, “yea, it’s expected you should thank me,” while the “you’re welcome” response is so much more pleasant because you are saying “you are welcome to ask this of me at anytime.” Much nicer.

19. What is your best piece of sex advice for women?
Own your sexuality. All of it . Every piece. To thine own self be true. Really go for it. Revel in your time. Become who you are, the best version of it you can be. Self-actualize! Everyone is different so don’t be afraid to tell your lover exactly how you like it. And never let anyone “put Baby in the corner.”

For too long the female libido has been tempered and restrained and yes, shamed. Let all that b.s. go and realize you only get one go around on this Merry Go Round of Life, so my advice?

LET YOUR FREAK FLAG FLY, LADIES!!! LOL.

Speaking of “freak flag”, Belladonna and Mr. Lockwood get dirty in scene 5 of Belladonna’s Cock Happy!

20. What is your favorite adult movie?
L.A. VICE (MUST SEE!)

21. Tell me one thing you’ve never told anyone else.
I want to start my own free-love cult with my fans and with me as the head Charles Manson/Jim Jones figure (only y’know, without the murder and race war and stuff, LOL). Jk.

As promised, below is a free Kurt Lockwood video from The Girls Of Red Light District – Sunny Lane Enjoy!

21 Questions With Kurt Lockwood… Part 1

Yes, I said Kurt Lockwood!  Have you missed him as much as I have? Kurt left the biz for a while to focus on being a dad, I know awwwww, but I’ll let him tell you about that.  He is back and all about reaching out to his lady fans and I’m pretty excited about.  Kurt’s answers are totally real and honest which is pretty awesome.  Enjoy!

Kurt Lockwood is back!

1. How (and when) did you get started in the industry?
I started way back in 1998 when porn was still on VHS tapes, lol. Before porn, I was in a band, I was touring as a guitar player with Dee Dee Ramone (after he left the Ramones). Dee Dee died of a heroin overdose right before we were about to leave for our European tour and I was suddenly without a job. My girl at the time was a stripper at Jumbo’s Clown Room in Hollywood (where Courtney Love used to strip) and we had a friend (our weed dealer, lol) who would come to the club. He told us that a couple of friends of his, Luc Wylder and Alexandra Silk had their own production company and were looking for couples who had never done a scene before to shoot.

Me and my girl were already living that wild and crazy rock and roll lifestyle and we were both very sexual (we were always having threesomes and foursomes with girls she stripped with or female customers) and she was already mostly naked and gyrating at work anyway, so there wasn’t really that big of a leap to make to us shooting a scene (plus we made more money for one scene than we did all week otherwise).

This was BEFORE the days of Viagra and Cialis (when being a male porn star was skill and not a pill) and all that AND it was during a time when the whole business was shooting condom only. So for my very first scene I did it completely natural (no Viagra), with my girl who I had already fucked like a thousand times before AND I had to do it in a room full of people AND while wearing a fucking condom! Talk about a challenge! But we did it. I think it’s Dirty Dancer’s #13. She and I did about three more scenes together before we broke up (for reasons completely unrelated to porn) but me and Luc Wylder and his partner Alexandra Silk stayed in touch and they asked if we wanted to do another scene.

I told them we weren’t together anymore but they saw that I could do a good scene and asked if they could book me with another girl. I wasn’t seeing anybody at the time and I had already done those previous scenes so I figured why not. One thing led to another and ten or so years later I had filmed over 1400 scenes worldwide with over 1200 beautiful porn starlets and won three AVN Awards and like fifty nominations (including Male Performer of the Year three years in a row).

2. What have you been doing with yourself during your time out of the industry?
I became a Dad. I didn’t want 21 Questions With Kurt Lockwood to be performing while I was trying earnestly to be the best full-time father I could be. My baby-mama is a Spanish woman so I moved to Europe so we could raise our child near her family. I was in San Sebastian, Spain; Hendaye, France and even spent some time in Baden Baden, Germany. I also got my national certification and state license to be a Licensed Massage Therapist, which was hard as fuck! LOL

3. We have missed you.  What inspired you to come back?
That’s very nice of you to say. I have been very pleasantly surprised at how welcoming everyone I’ve come in contact with from “the biz” has been about my return.  I just try to focus on the positive and moving forward. As for what inspired me to come back? It was the fans. The free porn sites which have been terrible for the industry as a whole has actually been very beneficial for me (and other porn stars) in that some of my scenes I have seen on there have been seen millions of times worldwide.

I put up a Kurt Lockwood Facebook page just for fun and it maxed out at 5000 fans from all over the globe.  So from my nearly four-year-self-imposed-exile “out of the biz” I became aware of the sounds and goings on of this new, sparkling clean Information Age, where web-connected fans of mine from different continents gathered together into these virtual Pleasure Domes until suddenly a feint, electric heartbeat pulsed like an infant’s over the circuits of veins and arteries until yours truly once again became manifest. My fans kept asking to see new scenes from me to the point where I realized that I have my own brand, my own niche market of fans and there was a dollar and a cent to be made at it.  So, here I am.

4. What’s the best thing you’ve learned or best advice you’ve received from industry?
Be smart with your money. Pay off your debt, take care of  your bills first, THEN get the brand new BMW with 20″ rims and limo tint on the windows and the place in the Hollywood Hills like I did, lol.  Oh, and don’t put your porn money up your nose, LOL. #BrightLightsBigCity

5. What’s the funniest thing that’s happened while filming?
God, there’s so many things that I remember that were way funny now but not at the time.  Here’s one: I was doing a boy/girl scene with Dominique Leone a she was facing me and bouncing up and down on me in “cowgirl” position and we were really going at it, I mean, REALLY going at it. Well, while she was bouncing on me really hard, and really fast, she came up too far, my hard cock popped out of her vagina and when she went back down (still in hyper-energy-passionate rhythm) she missed her vagina and suddenly sat down on my cock, completely, balls deep, right into her ass.

D’OH!  LOL!

She let out such a scream and her whole body spazzed like she had just been struck by cock lightning, LOL. We had to stop filming because she just immediately fell to the couch and she just quivered and whimpered for a good minute or so while I guess her anus recovered, LOL.  Afterwards, I could tell she wanted to be mad at me but she couldn’t because it was totally her fault, she was driving, lol.  But that’s just one memory I have of crazy shit happening on set.  I really should write a collection of all these stories and put them in a book, Lol. It would be a real page turner let me tell ya, LOL!

6. What do you think is the biggest misconception about women in the industry?  Men?
I think the biggest misconception is that the male performers are incidental, necessary evils or just life-support systems for their cocks.  A strong, experienced male porn star knows how to draw out the hottest performance from the girl, he knows his job is ultimately to make HER look good, a good Kurt Lockwood and his absmale porn star leads his scene partner almost like a dance, he also has an internal timer from experience which tells him when to switch positions so that the director doesn’t have to ever cut (which most directors hate to do!).  Plus, porn-sumers have changed.  Because of the free sites, women are now free to explore their every kink and no one is the wiser.

We are living in the time of Magic Mike and Fifty Shades of Grey, and of course sites like yours www.hotmoviesforHER.com, and women porn fans are embracing their inner erotic creature now more than any other time in history of the world and I think that’s extremely healthy for individuals and for our society as a whole. Repression sucks and leads to dysfunction. Anyway, we guys tend to get the short shrift and while I agree that porn is mainly about the girls, no girl, no matter how hot, no matter how sexually volcanic can bring it with a so-so guy. So yeah, I think we male porn stars deserve a little more appreciation but I do see it getting better. I love all my female fans! Rowr!

7. What did you do today?
Today was a very busy day for me actually.  I woke up around 8 am (I’m an early riser), showered, ate, read the news (I’m a political and current events junkie. Obama 2012!), got myself together for my noon appointment with my new agents ( www.101Modeling.com) and that went well and then I went to the bank, to the store, to Dr. Riggs (THE doctor to the porn industry) because I have a touch of bronchitis, I came home, ate again, sent my pix to my new agents for them to post, now I’m just chillin’ watching political coverage on MSNBC (trying to gently smoke a bowl as to not aggravate my bronchitis) and enjoying answering your thought-provoking questions while sipping on my codeine cough syrup.  >hiccup<  (Ordinarily there would be some gym time in there somewhere as I work out every single day, but as I mentioned earlier, I am a little under the weather.

8. What would you rather have done today?
Hmm, how about a ten girl “reverse gangbang” orgy with me as the only guy?  (But that’s every day, LOL).

9. If you could do a movie with anyone (living or brought back from the dead) who would it be?
I would like to do a re-make of A CLOCKWORK ORANGE with me as “Alex De Large” as directed by Stanley Kubrick.  Hands down. I love movies, porn and mainstream Hollywood.  Kubrick is my all-time favorite director and that would be my ultimate fantasy shoot. Although, I do love Malcom McDowell’s performance so much in the original.

10. Who is your favorite adult performer?
I don’t know if I have a favorite performer.  I love working with Paul Thomas or “PT” as we in porn know him as. Paul Thomas was in the original film version of “Jesus Christ Superstar” who became a porn star and director. How cool is that?  PT’s was a performer in the 70’s and 80’s, so does that count?

11. You’ve got 20 bucks left to your name; what would you do with it?
Probably get something to eat. I mean, if you’re that broke you’ve got to at least make sure you’re fed, right?

Come back next week for the rest of 21 Questions With Kurt Lockwood!

20 Questions With… Wolf Hudson

There is no one else quite like Wolf Hudson. A Dominican-American diamond in the rough, Hudson crosses through porno worlds like a charmed man, rocking gay, straight and queer screens left and right. This dude does not discriminate, and frankly, either do we – our eyes are glued to him no matter who he’s humping! We could go on and on about how hot (and awesome) this handsome Hudson is, but why listen to us if you can listen to him… and lucky you, we recently got a hold of Wolf and asked him our usual twenty questions. So sit back and take a gander at all the important info from the one-of-a-kind Wolf Hudson!

1. How (and when) did you get started in the industry?
In the simplest of ways to explain it; I saw an ad on Craigslist. They need white guys for a shoot. I replied, they said yes, I went to the shoot and the rest is history. This was back in late 2006 in New York City. It’s kinda crazy to know where this all started.

2. If you weren’t in the adult industry, what would you be doing?
I’d probably still be a struggling artist in New York, dancing and probably doing a lot of production on and off Broadway. I mean, it’s not like I CAN’T go back. I think I still do it, but I’m sure if porn wasn’t in the way, that’s what I’d be doing. I love to dance!

3. What’s the best thing you’ve learned or best advice you’ve received from industry?
I’ve learned to really enjoy what you do and explore your sexuality. Learn every aspect and of the industry. Time is not granted to us, so while you’re in it, make the most of it and set the standard. Push the envelope and pioneer the craft.

4. What’s the funniest thing that’s happened while filming?
Oh man, hands down that would have to be my naked Michael Jackson dance. I remember one of the crew guys was a huge MJ fan, like myself, and people were talking shit about him. She shot a scene in the loft apartment in West Hollywood, so I literally ran down the stairs and started busting out my MJ moves naked. The whole set was in a riot. Laughter for a like 20 minutes. It was great!

[Not to worry, we posted the video back in 2009 and here it is again!]

5. What do you think is the biggest misconception about performers in the industry?
That we are not intelligent or not able to care about real issue. To think that just because we take our clothes off, we can’t have a rational though or make an smart statement. There are so many people in the industry that are smarter than of the most “Ivy League” people out there like Danny Wylde, Bobbi Starr, Nica Noelle, Nina Hartley,Jiz Lee, just to name a few. We are still human beings with sharp brain and not just one giant sex organ.

6. What did you do today?
I ate and jerked off for my fans on webcam. Isn’t that everyone else day to day routine? 😉

7. What would you rather have done today?
I wish I could’ve fucked a nice and round bubble butt. I was looking at some pictures my photographer friend, Ashes Wednesday, took of Skin Diamond today and let me tell you… I was hot and bothered! YUM and a flavor explosion to finish it off.

8. If you could do a movie with anyone (living or brought back from the dead) who would it be?
Does it HAVE to be just one? Here’s my short list (my longer list won’t fit in this article): Belladonna, Stoya, Selena RoseKayden Kross and April O’neil.

9. Who is your favorite adult performer?
Again, just one? The ones that stand out are Asa Akira, Francesca Le, Belladonna and Asia Carrera. There are more to be completely honest. So much talent out there.

10. You’ve got 20 bucks left to your name; what would you do with it?
I’d get lots of food and juice. I’m a foodie kind of guy. Most of my fans who follow me on Twitter know that I LOVE food. I talk about it everyday. So probably that, like seafood or Italian food.

11. If you were president, what’s the first thing you’d change?
I’d legalize gay marriage. I mean, I know there’s a lot of politics involved and I would have to deal with both houses of congress, but that would be first on my agenda. Quality for ALL Americans!

12. What’s the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever done?
Giving my crush at the time a card and box of chocolates in grade school for Valentine’s Day. I was so shy and very scared. It took a lot of balls to do it on my part. And came up to me and gave it all back and told me that someone else already asked her to be her Valentine. Right in front of my friends. I cried so hard, it wasn’t cute. Then to stop it off, her and her friends came up around me and laughed at me. It was humiliating. I don’t torture myself with such thoughts, but that was the most embarrassing thing I ever did.

13. Which is your favorite project that you’ve worked on?
My favorite project was in Chi Chi LaRue‘sShifting Gears: A Bisexual Transmission.” It was my first starring role and I got to play the head mechanic at a auto shop. Such a fantastic cast and great crew and working with Chi Chi was one of the highlights of my career. I had so much fun on and off camera. I’ll never forget it. Also, Nica Noelle’s “Sinderella & Me.” I got to show off a different side of myself that people weren’t use to – the nice guy. It was a very demanding role, but one of the most important since getting into the biz. Nica is AMAZING and a pleasure to work for.

14. If you could have 1 superpower what would it be?
As cliche as this might sound, I’d like to have the ability to heal people from all sorts of illnesses. I don’t like seeing people suffer in pain. It breaks my heart to witness things like that, especially when it comes to children.

15. Meat or veggie?
Meat ALL the way, baby! I like my veggie on the side.

16. What is your favorite book?
Rich Dad, Poor Dad – by Robert Kiyosaki

17. What is your biggest pet peeve?
People who sneeze on there hand YUCK!!! I hate that to the fullest. Cause then you touch everything and bacteria spread and people get sick. I ALWAYS encourage people to sneeze between their arms. I become a fascist when it comes to that and have NO problems pointing it out to people. Haha

18. What is your best piece of sex advice for women?
DON’T FAKE IT! It serves no purpose. Don’t do it for your partners benefit, cause they’re not learning and you’re not being satisfied the way you want and deserve. Be completely honest and don’t be afraid to communicate with your partner about what you do and don’t like. Your partner will learn how to better please you and you’ll learned new things about what you DO like. It makes for a healthier relationship and a better sex life.

19. What is your favorite adult movie?
I don’t have one per say, but some of my favorite scenes were from the early 90s with Asia Carrera and Janine. Those two women together – explosive and electrifying!

20. Tell me one thing you’ve never told anyone else.
I use to jerk off ALL THE TIME before I went to take dance classes. Like literally, right before class. I would do into the bathroom stalls, rub one out and that would put me in the mood to dance. So there, now you heard it first. Haha

Man, oh man, is that Wolf Hudson a catch or what!?!

20 Questions With… Anna Devia, Director of Alpha Femmes

Next week HotMoviesForHer and Sinclair Sexsmith will be hosting another Porn Party, with the fabulous Alpha Femmes as our movie of choice.  To help us celebrate, Alpha Femme’s director Anna Devia stopped in to answer our 20 Questions and give us a sneak peak into the woman behind such a hot piece of porno!

1. How (and when) did you get started in the industry?
In 1998, I started shooting erotic & fetish art photography and building a body of work. After I moved from Texas to LA in 2000, I continued shooting & started selling content, doing portfolio development for models, head shots, catalogs, private commissions, gallery shows, etc. In 2008, I moved to Oakland and worked as a sex educator for Babeland. Fueled by all the porn I was watching at work constantly, and just the natural evolution of my photography, I decided to start making films. So I created Anna Devia Productions and released Alpha Femmes and here I am.

2. If you weren’t in the adult industry, what would you be doing?
My work is not limited to adult. I do work in the healing arts as well, which is also about “the body” but on the completely non-sexual end of the spectrum.

3. What’s the best thing you’ve learned or best advice you’ve received from industry?
I’ve learned the difference between the “scene” and the “industry.”

4. What’s the funniest thing that’s happened while filming?
Construction workers next door to the house where we were filming were getting sneak peeks of the action through this big picture window during one of the scenes. One guy was standing behind a beam on the second floor peeping around it.

That we’re victims, rather than warriors

6. What did you do today?
Massage appointment, therapy appointment, hair appointment

7. What would you rather have done today?

Kenneth Anger, and with his permission of course lest he curse me, I’d like to title it “Hollyweird Babylon.”

9. Who is your favorite adult performer?
Belladonna

10. You’ve got 20 bucks left to your name; what would you do with it?
Buy us a coupla pints?

11. If you were president, what’s the first thing you’d change?
I’d hit the history eraser button.

12. What’s the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever done?
If I told you then it might destroy my mystique ;)~

13. Which is your favorite project that you’ve worked on?
Alpha Femmes was an amazing process from conception through production. I brought 4 of my fantasies to life, down to every detail, and it came out truly beautiful & intense & amazingly fucking hot!

14. If you could have 1 superpower what would it be?
Time-travel, so I could go back and experience different historical periods, and have vintage sex. And also so I could travel into the future, and hopefully have sex with 3-titted aliens. Is that a superpower?

15. Meat or veggie?
Vegetarian for 17+years

16. What is your favorite book?
New York Girls by Richard Kern

17. What is your biggest pet peeve?

24 Questions With… Domino Presley

When we first got the chance to interview Domino Presley, I have to be honest that I didn’t really know her work at all.  Once we sent her the questions, I hopped on the site and did a little research, and I sure am I glad I did!  This lady is hot stuff!  And I’m not the only one who thinks so – she was awarded the 2011 Tranny Awards ‘Shemale Yum Model of the Year’ and ‘Best New Model.’  How exciting!  Plus, when we got her answers back we got to see just how awesomely witty and fun she is as well.  And just to mention, we haven’t had the opportunity to chat with many trans stars working in the mainstream industry, so we added a few questions that would be specific to her own experiences.   Give a read and get to know the fabulous Domino Presley!

1. How (and when) did you get started in the industry?
Almost 2 years ago. I contacted Buddy Wood about shooting me and the rest is history.

2. If you weren’t in the adult industry, what would you be doing?
I would probably still be performing at clubs or modeling.

3. What’s the best thing you’ve learned or best advice you’ve received from industry?
Don’t believe everything you hear.

4. What’s the funniest thing that’s happened while filming?
I shoot anal, so you can use your imagination 😉

5. What do you think is the biggest misconception about women in the industry?
That they’re powerless and are being used as sex objects.

6. What did you do today?
Hung out with my niece, sister, and mother. Then, I hung out with my Atlanta friends.

7. What would you rather have done today?
Maybe, it would have been nice to get plowed, but the night is still young.

8. If you could do a movie with anyone (living or brought back from the dead) who would it be?
Carey Hart or Vin Diesel. Oh Tommy Lee!!!

9. Who is your favorite adult performer?
Nacho Vidal

10. You’ve got 20 bucks left to your name; what would you do with it?
Find a way to turn that 20 into 200.

11. If you were president, what’s the first thing you’d change?
I would legalize gay marriage and ban straight marriages… you guys already fucked that up.

12. What’s the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever done?
I slipped on the floor at the gas station, landed face first in a mini dress and my dick fell out.

13. Which is your favorite project that you’ve worked on?
A cameo I did for one of Katsuni’s upcoming films.

14. If you could have 1 superpower what would it be?
Who says I don’t already have one?

15. Meat or veggie?
Meat

16. What is your favorite book?
Density of Souls by Christopher Rice

17. What is your biggest pet peeve?
Having to repeat myself to someone who wasn’t paying attention. Or men trying to use me as a collectible .

18. What is your best piece of sex advice for women?
Make sure you don’t use teeth.

19. What is your favorite adult movie?
Domino Presley’s “The Internet Superstar”

20. Tell me one thing you’ve never told anyone else.

I don’t believe in God, but I believe in aliens.

21. As a trans woman in the industry, how do you feel about the language used in porn movies, ie. She-male, Tranny?
I personally hate the words shim, she-male and lady boy… anything that has a male term in it I think is a little bit offensive. But in porn it kind of is what it is…  I’m sure genetic females don’t like being called ‘cum guzzling sluts,’ but it’s just the title. “Tranny” is fine to me because it’s just a shortened version of “transsexual.”

22. What do you think is the biggest misconception about trans folks and trans identity in the industry?
I hate that they say transsexuals are the ones with HIV and AIDS in the industry. In fact, the last two people who got booted for it never shot transsexual porn, just gay and straight. In America we have to get tested just like everyone else or we can’t shoot.

23. Do you feel as though your identity and personal sexuality is represented in the movies you perform in?
Kind of… My personality definitely is shown in movies but I’ve shot a few TS on TS scenes, which would most likely never happen with me in my real life. I’m a much bigger slut in porn.

24. Queer porn as a genre is rapidly expanding.  Do you consider the movies you perform in queer movies; do you consider yourself a queer performer?  Why/why not?
It depends. In today’s society “queer” means gay, and I am not in gay porn, I’m in transsexual porn… if you mean queer with the proper definition, then yes, the porn I shoot is different. I’m a fine ass bitch that just happens to have a dick. I consider myself a porn performer… they’re all “queer” to me.

20 Questions With… Nikki Delano

We here at HotMoviesForHer think Nikki Delano is freaking awesome!  We’re totally interested in her dirty movies, but we’re pretty sure she would be super fun to just hang out with (or hit the gym with).  She is easy on the eyes and her sense of humor made a lasting impression on our perverted minds.  Making us laugh is a damn good way to get into our pants.  No nonsense, but not too serious, Nikki is new to the porno biz and loving it.  She is keeping her eye on the prize and we’re definitely keeping our eyes on her!

1. How (and when) did you get started in the industry?
I was modeling for over a year and a scout from Brazzers contacted me through my Model Mayhem Page. Model Mayhem is a place were photographers, models and mainstream individuals connect. Nonetheless, I  got into the industry 8 months ago (Mmm Fresh Meat). I have wanted to be in porn for awhile, however I was feeling deterred due to stereotypes, family and peer approval.

2. If you weren’t in the adult industry, what would you be doing?

I would probably be a nun, celibate living in a monastery. Just Kidding, I would have joined the NYPD, or become a teacher or a social worker. I went to college to pursue a degree in Forensic Psychology. My main goal while pursuing a degree was to enter a field in were I would be helping others. I am content with my choice to become a porn star based on my sexual urge to be in the limelight and show everyone my huge appetite for whoopee.

3. What’s the best thing you’ve learned or best advice you’ve received in the industry?
The best advice I received in the industry is keep working hard and just have a goal in mind. Porn isn’t forever, be smart, promote and have a long term plan.

4. Whats the funniest things that’s happened to you while filming?

The funniest thing that has happened to me on set is when a male performer was about to cum in my mouth and he accidentally chummed up my nose. Eww gross, a cum booger!

5. What do you think the biggest misconception about women in the industry?

That women are stupid, drug addicts and were victims of sexual abuse. In life, people will always have their perception and beliefs about the sex industry. It upsets me very much, because most people who disagree with porn are not open minded. Sex saves lives and marriages… so shut up and get down to business.

6. What did you do today?

I’m at the airport flying back to L.A. from Columbus, Ohio. I was there to feature dancing at Columbus Gold.

7. What would you rather have done today?

Gotten my vagina banged about 5-6 times. Orgasmic pleasure indeed would have been my ideal day.

8. If you could do a movie with anyone (living or brought back from the dead) who would it be?

Marilyn Monroe – she was a beautiful woman and is one of my role models.

9. Who is your favorite adult performer?

Jenna Jameson, of course. Very cliche, but I really respect and look up to her.

10. You’ve got 20 bucks left to your name; what would you do with it?

I would buy 14 cans of tuna, crate of eggs and bottle of water. I need protein. Got to feed the muscles.

11. If you were president whats the first thing you’d change?

Sex would be allowed anywhere and everywhere. Fuck this conservative crap! On a serious note, castration or vaginal mutilation to all people who are cruel to animals. I’m an activist and love animals.

12. Whats the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever done?

Bit my lip while talking to a hot guy.

13. Which is your favorite project that you’ve worked on?

Building my own personal website. It was my favorite based on my own personal input on content and the layout in general.

14. If you could have 1 superpower what would it be?

Titty wings. I’d have the ability for my breasts to expand into wings whenever I want to fly to a destination.

15. Meat or Veggie?

Meat. I’m into fitness, therefore anything that fuels my muscles – I’m all for it.

16. What is your favorite book?

“A Child Called It.”  I’m into reading books based on actual events. “A Child Called It” is based on a true story of a child who was abused as a child and tortured by his cruel parents.

17. What is your biggest pet peeve?

People who pass gas in public are gross. That’s what the bathroom is meant for. Keep your stinky smells to yourself.

18. What is your piece of sex advice for women?

Sex is the cure to all marital and relationship problems.

19. What is your favorite adult movie?

“Titanic.” I love romantic movies. Each time I watch it, no matter how many times, it brings tears to my eyes and gives me chills. Jackkkkkk don’t go!!!

20. Tell me one thing you’ve never told anyone else.

I want to have 10 kids!

Check Nikki out on her website at Nikkidelano.com or here on HM4Her!
